Canadian Tire

If I could give zero stars, I would. Purchased 2 winter tires to install on the back of my car because I already had 2 for the front. When I arrived for my appointment, they refused to install them. They said that the tires I had were not winters. Even after I showed them that they had the mountain and snowflake symbol which is the international symbol for winter tires and they had WR on them for “winter rated”. The manager said that he didn’t believe they were because of the tread pattern. It became clear that they were only interested in trying to sell me another 2 tires.

Went in, and was looking for a certain item that I have bought there before. Couldn't seem to find it as everything has been rearranged, and couldn't seem to find any one to ask for help. After walking around for a while, I did catch someone. The manager. Asked him about the item. And it sounded like he wasn't sure they had it any more.

An item was placed on sale, but showed the original price on the self scan checkout. When I asked an employee, he went back to the shelf, realized that the sale ended a day earlier, but they forgot to change the price. He simply said sorry and walked away without honoring the original price I picked up the item based on. Although I was willing to pay the original price, I just didn't want to deal with this location anymore. I returned the item to the shelf and left.

Great staff at this location. Always helpful & very pleasant to deal with. They always know products.

Store was clean and staff was professional and courteous. Easy to find what I needed. Actually had merchandise in their flyer available, not many retailers do that well.
