RONA

Nice place. They had ample supply of the products I wanted. Only 1 cash open at the time so there was a bit of a line to cash out but it didn't really matter cause it moved along. Lost 1 star cause it felt like the employees didn't really care to be there. Like they all would rather just go home. Not asking for lively but a little enthusiasm to help a customer is always appreciated.

Limited supply and uninformed staff. They have poor inventory of popular items so we have to go to another Rona store

Came in with my child and while I was busy looking at something, an employee gently stopped my son from touching something sharp, asked me how he could help and instantly walked me over to the other side of the store from where I was looking, right to what I needed. Super friendly and helpful. Unlike useless home depot.

I was at the cash out and experienced a problem with my chip card payment method. The manager came to the cash to "help" the cashier and was the total opposite of helpful. He told me he couldn't open another cash to complete my sail and he quickly disappeared. 2 minutes later another cashier opened another till and promptly completed my sale and solved my card issue. The store manager on Wednesday November 16 at 9:00am was useless.
