George and Eugene are great, knowledgeable and friendly guys. Great service and fair prices. I popped in after work one day and ordered a vinyl window for my basement. They didn't have one in stock at the time but put one on order. I picked it up in a few days and the guys at the store were kind enough to explain how to install it. I got home and had trouble fitting the window in (although I got the right size). George and Eugene spent some time over the phone with me helping me out with some ideas. They were willing to send an installer to fix it for me (I had asked) but never put any pressure for me to go that route. I noticed and really appreciated that. They wanted to help me get the done myself so I could save some money. Great experience. I would definitely go there again if I need any windows.

Had them fix par patio door, replaced screen, wheels and two of the corner brackets. Great price and door looked like new.

I've brought both my sliding screen door and a custom antique mirror to Ace and both turned out perfect! The antique mirror had to be custom cut and created and it turned out beautifully. I felt I needed to post after recommending Ace to a friend with an antique mirror and seeing the negative reviews. I would highly recommend this shop if you want a beautiful piece of mirror.
