Home away from home that has materials to build my home. This hone depot has knowledgeable help in plumbing electrical and flooring. Head in around 4pm for best service.

I will start by saying that the store itself is great, but I have to give a low rating so that maybe the management will look into what I consider an issue. The CSR by the name of Grace needs to start treating customers with more attention, especially while serving the Returns area. Grace will go to great lengths to try and reject any item that is not passing her standards. If the customer will state or plead to defend that the item in scope of the return is how it was purchased, Grace will simply not accept it. Also if the customer will not be able to produce a proof of purchase, Grace will search the system to see if the store sold at least one of the item(s) to be returned.. if not, the return will be rejected. I conclude that if you will meet Grace at the Returns, I wish you all the luck because you’ll need a lot of it.

I am being generous. Terrible customer service. Forced me to drive to the Dundas and Winston Churchill store for a $45 refund. The people at that store said that was totally unnecessary. They said it could have handled with a phone call. The manager at Cross Street, Karen, refused to give her name and her associate on the refund desk was argumentative and rude. Drive the extra mile and support Rona or Lowe’s. Before you make a major purchase go stand at the “Returns” counter and see if this is how you want to be treated.

It's a Home Depot, I'm a big fan of the staff here very knowledgeable and helpful, taking stuff back if not needed for a project is always easy.
