Good selection of quality flags.... But this Store's Hours are ridiculous. How does anyone expect to run a retail business and not be open Saturday or even late one day a week. It's retailers like this that ruin The Flag Shop franchise's reputation. I might as well buy my flag from Ebay..

There is a wide variety of flags and banners here. It's rather neat.

Lots of flags to choose from. Many different types, many different sizes and all the countries in the world. They also have different provinces and different regions. One problem is the hours. They only open when majority are at work 9 to 5, Mon to Fri. I wish they would be open noon to 8, Tue to Sat instead.

Have been dealing with Phyllis for about a year now and I must that she's amazing to work with!! Awesome attitude and always smiling. Would definitely suggest working with her and the team!!

Old lady at store was very rude because I entered the store at 4:50 and took me 10-15 mins to select the flags i needed.Never going back to the store again in future.Better buy amazon at half of the price compare to this bad store with worst customer service.
