Purchased a very expensive sweatshirt. Returned it because of quality. Returned it at WEM. they returned for less than what was actually paid.. Have called back three times to get corrected.. They continually tell me there is no record anywhere for return?. Returned at $50 less on credit card. than what I paid. Today was the last straw Jaylene states once again "come in so we can deal with this" I cannot come in. Finally sent me to Guest Education Centre where they found charged amount and will do same thing as the store has same info. and should give back the correct amount $98.00. because they will reach out to store to get info. from receipt that I gave all info. from.So as I understand it the store has all of this info. but will not "reach out" to customer as Guest Education Centre will do for store. Makes no sense! Do not understand how 1) this can happen when a bill is supplied and 2)( all tags attached. This is a store that either does not care about customer service or needs more training in simple retail transactions as it impacts customers.

You pay over $100 for a pants ans you expect them to be durable. Not melt the first time they get wear on them. After talking to customer support I was told to take them into store for possible fix or replacement. I dropped my pants off with them over 2 weeks ago. They said id recieve a call in a couple days. Still nothing. Ive left two messages on their phone and still nothing. Garbage.

I bought a pair of wunder under high waist leggings and it was a total waste of 98$ there always slipping down no matter how much I pull them up i treated myself to a pair as I heard great things about lulu lemon only to be dissapointed

Went with my auntie for a pair of leggings and Elise, an employee was so amazing with helping me find a size and even went to grab my sizes in the back very quickly !! Very friendly and is very helpful !

Went yesterday (May 16) about an hour before close and the blonde cashier was the WORST cashier/retail worker I've ever seen. And I've worked retail my whole working life. Firstly she didn't say hi or anything, and when she pressed the wrong button she yelled at me to press cancel like I screwed up, then when her friends came in she got very rushed and was talking to them from the till instead of ringing up my stuff. She said "what the f***" SO loud when it wouldn't cancel, she took my clothes that I just spent 300 dollars on and shoved them into the bag, tossed the bag towards me and literally just walked away to go talk to her friends. If I had that girl on the floor and wasn't at the till, I would have left the store. So rude.
