Sport Chek West Edmonton Mall

Worst experience ever! The associate treated me like I was a fraudster when I presented them the 10% off coupon. And the associate made me delete the e-mail so they can see me doing it in the camera! I was like??? Eat your voucher to your heart’s content!!! I will never ever come back to this store!!! Even though Maegan was helpful but that guy should not be working there in the first place if he does not treat customers well.

Came in shopping with my family on Sunday afternoon for ski pants and jacket for my son, shopped in kids and men's outerwear looking at expensive items. Literally had 20+ sales associates walk by us without being engaged, a few even pushed past us with merch to put away or were tidying up nearby and ignored us when we tried to speak to them. Many associates were standing around talking to each other or playing with their phones. Finally found an associate who responded to us however all he did was unlock an expensive ski jacket...we asked if he could help us find sizes in ski pants to which he mumbled something and walked away never to return. Another associate we found pointed us to the fitting rooms and then quickly walked away. Last person we directly asked for help from told us to go to top level for more merch and walked away. We were so frustrated trying to find sizes and not getting sales assistance that we left empty handed. Would not shop at this location again - staff need customer service training!
