Just wanted to give a big shoot out to the store manager Al!!!! Truly amazing at customer service. He provided me with an amazing alternative to a mishap we had with a purchase. Al help us find a solution that certainly a win win! He really truly cares about people and understand the financial difficulties persons with disabilities face when needing to purchase furniture. I was moved by the respect and understanding he showed me and the person that I support and care for. He really should receive recognition was his hard work a d dedication!!! We thank him from the bottom of our hearts!

Lovely location. The staff members are responsive, cheerful, and always helpful. The culture at this west location balances business well with charity. Pricing is great and and could be flexible if you find uncompetitive Pricing compared to the hardware store.

I took a very expensive all in one bathroom sink and counter in. Upon arriving, I was greeted by a friendly staffer. When she looked at the item, it was immediately dismissed based upon the weight. Since I loaded it myself, and that there are carts in the store I found that reasoning to be nothing more than an excuse not to handle it. The manager came out and immediately accepted it. So,the question remains. How much revenue has this employee cost the company? Better traing I would suggest is required.

One of my favorites - if only because I think it has the biggest yards of all the restores in the city. Check in store lots to see, but head out toward the back and you'll find a huge extension with tons of items for your next home project. Always worth a peak before heading out to the big box stores. A couple of weeks ago, a came across a huge pallet or two of lumber. Insane!

Great place to find just about anything for the home. Furniture, fixtures, appliances, renovation materials. All in support of Habitat!! You can also donate items. Some items are still brand new in a box. I picked up a beautiful towel bar :. A trendy dining room light fixture and a brand new sofa!
