Hudson's Bay

Awful customer service!!! untrained staff! Today, went to West Edmonton Mall Bay to return an item, but three employee passed me to the other tills, as they didn't want or know how to do a return. ( a lady in women's underwear department told me I can not do that just go to another tills).Each of them asking the name of the other employee to report them, but doing the same thing and ask me to go to women department on the first floor. after telling them I will not go and want to see a manager, they called one. However, the manager did not trouble him/herself to come to till and told them by phone how to return item that took 20 minutes. never ever comeback.

Not very good at complaining, but I would like to say that I have been trying to obtain warranty Total Fraud Protection Plan, not good. Very polite but it has been five months and the deleted my account today after they told me it was now up to Lord & Taylor to send me my credit which they said was owed to me. Lord & Taylor rep said she totally understood my frustration but I needed to contact the store it was bought at. It was a present so it is 1,600 km. away and they don't answer the phone or return calls. Thousands of dollars have been spent there over the years by me and my family. Not one more cent, guess I will use amazon from now on.

I stopped by The Bay in West Edmonton Mall yesterday to see what they had to offer for shoes. Maurice in their shoe department provided me with exceptionally great service! Hands down the best service I have ever had in a shoe purchase! I had intended to look for a single pair of shoes, but instead purchased two pairs and a pair of insoles. I left feeling very confident about my purchases. If you are looking for a pair of shoes, I highly recommend that you go see Maurice!

The staff seem to keep to themselves not helping anyone else around them. It took over 20 minutes to get a simple question I had answered. Maybe I went in on an off-day but I would not recommend.

Bought the goomsmen's shirts here for my wedding. when I took them out of the packing for the men to try on, the one was bloody. Very disipointed. The wedding is only a few weeks away and I do not live in town.
