I cannot say enough good things about this store. My laptop (purchased from them approximately 1 year ago) wouldn’t charge. I brought it in to get looked at and the staff was amazing. It was quite busy in the store while I was there but the staff all gave me their full attention while talking to me. They were extremely friendly and helpful and exchanged my laptop without hassle. I definitely recommend this brand and location.

I stopped by at this location more than 10 times asking various simple questions. Not even once I received an answer. They always call Windows experts from the back however they have no clue at all what they are talking about. Today I asked them how can I export my contacts and emails from Windows Mail Live ? 2 “experts” were so confused about that – they told me that they have special tools in the back to do that. Really ? Wow ! Microsoft should do a better job training them.

When I need a technical support for the Surface Pro 4 about its overheat, nobody answer the phone. All the calls were transferred to USA, then transferred to a Canada agency, then dropped and repeat everything again,.... and, again.

I had a terrible experience with the personnel called Fatima. I want to make a return of my surface pro (but will pay with one of my another card), and she was like really unhappy of me. Her attitude was like not giving **** of what I (a customer) need. When I paid with my card, the card didn't work. She said "now what?" with a very bad attitude. I feel like she didn't want to do the return for me and want me to get out of the store. Later I solve my card problem and come back, had a much better service with another personnel. My experience with other personnel are generally good.

Staff are very unknowledgeable and confused about their own products. Pricing on the tags are not updated, so check the website beforehand to see what's on sale. Parents just drop their kids off here to play minecraft on the laptops while they do their shopping. It's more like a daycare than an actual store.
