Need more staff and more space. Crowded and congested. Carpets are very expensive. Garden pots and materials are very less. Needs good rearranging. As a new store it is growing. Hope they will improve.

Terrible customer service I asked an Older sales associate for a product location she then screamed at me like I was bothering her. I don't know what you're talking about she screamed .. I said I was looking for a Pad Lock. All she said was What! WHAT! Like i should have been speaking Filipino for her to understand what I was saying. Found the product in 15 second went to the cash register where she was. I paid for it in cash. Put my hand out for the change and she threw it on the table in front of me.nTerrible communication skills for most of the staff.

It's much smaller than the old location, and the variety is limited. The cashier was friendly, but other stuff just had a great time under air conditioning fan in the back. Google is misleading to the location. Hope my pictures are helping to find it more easily.

Our recent checkout experience was deeply disappointing, largely due to a staff member named Kareen. Her demeanor was consistently unfriendly, and she appeared quite grumpy.nnThe most significant issue was Kareen's repeated interruptions to our transaction. Mid-scanning our items, she left our till not once, but twice, to assist walk-in customers carrying backpacks. What made this particularly galling was that, during this time, the other active till was efficiently processing customers who had arrived after us, who then completed their purchases and left, while we were still left waiting. This constant disruption and clear misprioritization of customers was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional.nnTo make matters worse, Kareen handled our products very roughly, tossing items aside instead of carefully placing them down. This showed a clear lack of care. Overall, her poor customer service and unwelcoming attitude made us feel unwelcome and poorly served.
