TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

The most worst customer service i encountered. Black lady in the counter looks like doesn’t want her job, talking rude and sounds like irritated which is i asking only the history of my statement of account for my mortgage application . I have a big right decision on my life when i closed my account here and transfer in other bank.

20 customers standing in line, one teller. Yikes. But after waiting way too long the teller was polite and effecient, need more like her I'm thinking

Possibly the slowest location in the city...nEasily a 30 min wait in line for ANYTHING... Its such a joke and not the good kind :/nI'd hate to see this location at peak hours... managment needs to get their act together. Is this really what we are paying for!?

Every single tym i go there after 4:30 - out of 7 wickets only left open 1 to a teller. Any other person walking around do not help or neither greets . Worst customer service ever !! ATM half of time out of business

I would highly recommend Sravan Kumar. I've been dealing with him for the last couple of months, and he makes everything easy and fast
