TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

I really don't understand the many negative reviews for this TD bank location? I've been banking at this location for about 8 years and have had nothing but reasonably great service. From appointments for investing, teller banking, even the recent estates account management after my mother's passing. Very pleasant, friendly and fast service.nIn fact, I can't think of one negative experience. I've never had to stand in line very long at all. Most times there is no line up or maybe 3 people in line. Other then the older ATM's having technical issues a couple times, really no problems. Now the new ATM are in place and work much better. Maybe people are just simply impatient these days and expect instant service the moment they walk in the door. Line ups have always been a thing and that won't change. This bank is over all not as busy as other bigger locations.

Do not bank with TD and avoid this branch if you do. Always under staffed, long lines. Terrible customer service, language barrier, efficiency, etc. are all absent from this branch. Authentication and logical common sense is not a prerequisite to work here.

Im so tired of this branch. Service is terrible. Managers are never around to help with higher transactions, at best they work part time. I went a couple days ago and teller did not try to help me at all and then after I left, I came back to ask her another question at 4:54pm and she said she already signed out of her computer and her shift has ended and refused to sign back in. You can just tell they are going through the motions. Its unfortunate because most other branches are not like this at all.

Bank teller was lovely and got my work done quickly and efficiently. While she was working, I had the misfortune of hearing one of the male employees speak in the most foul and disrespectful tone to one of the young female employees. At first I thought that they must be joking around or were close friends, but as the conversation persisted it became clear that he genuinely meant all the mean things he was saying to her. Most of his comments were about her performance during recent transactions with TD customers, which he made in such a condescending way so extreme that I felt like I was witnessing a chariacture in a movie. When I told my friend who is also a TD client, she said that she’s also witnessed this same employee making similar comments to his female coworkers. I was at this location at approximately 5pm on April 3rd. While I’ve always been satisfied with my experiences banking with TD, I will be switching banks as soon as possible because of this.

I hate leaving such a low rating, but this is one of the slowest branches I’ve ever been to. Usually just a single teller in the mornings and the other day, they asked me to return later and when I did, the rep told me she had an appointment and couldn’t take any more customers. All of my business dealings is with TD and I have lived in the neighborhood for over 10 years. I honestly prefer the Leduc location. Amazing service and they are always full staffed. Not the branch to go to unless you have tons of time on your hands. Go to another location.
