Im so tired of this branch. Service is terrible. Managers are never around to help with higher transactions, at best they work part time. I went a couple days ago and teller did not try to help me at all and then after I left, I came back to ask her another question at 4:54pm and she said she already signed out of her computer and her shift has ended and refused to sign back in. You can just tell they are going through the motions. Its unfortunate because most other branches are not like this at all.
Indian bank teller, made me wait 20 minutes to tell me I couldn’t deposit cash into my mothers account and then carried to argue when I have deposited cash on her behalf multiple times.nnUntrained staff, rude, slow.
Bank teller was lovely and got my work done quickly and efficiently. While she was working, I had the misfortune of hearing one of the male employees speak in the most foul and disrespectful tone to one of the young female employees. At first I thought that they must be joking around or were close friends, but as the conversation persisted it became clear that he genuinely meant all the mean things he was saying to her. Most of his comments were about her performance during recent transactions with TD customers, which he made in such a condescending way so extreme that I felt like I was witnessing a chariacture in a movie. When I told my friend who is also a TD client, she said that she’s also witnessed this same employee making similar comments to his female coworkers. I was at this location at approximately 5pm on April 3rd. While I’ve always been satisfied with my experiences banking with TD, I will be switching banks as soon as possible because of this.
I went there today after 6 pm. Idk about earlier reviews but i always get exceptionally great service. Lines ups are low and help i received from Mandeep was awesome. I glad this brach exist as i live in the neighborhood.
The branch is not well staffed and you will experience long wait times if you need assistance from a teller.
