Victoria H is a stellar advisor/rep. Great communication upon making an online appointment and followup after the visit. My folks from out of town were grateful for her professional, kind support.

Worst bank , absolutely nobody likes to work here there all lazy and when they see how busy it is they leave immediately in the middle of there shift and not work and have extremely low worker's and not even close enough to have enough worker's. Worst banking experience ever and the worst bank and I'm thinking of switching banks cause of how horrible it is . Never bank at this location cause it's the worst , they leave and go home in the middle of there shifts

If I could give 0 stars I would. came in at about 945am to a lineup 8 people long. One teller open. After standing and not moving more than a slight shuffle, I'm approached by what I guess is a manager and he asks what he can help me with today. I need a new bank card for one that is about to expire, so I need to see the teller. He says I can wait or I can come back at 1030 because there's only one line teller on. I said I don't want to come back at 1030, I'm here now and I need a new bank card.nIt's now 1010am and 3 people have managed to see the teller, but 2 more people have lined up behind me.nSame manager approaches a customer behind me and tells him same thing, then encourages that guy to use the bank machine - which the man declines, saying he doesn't like those machines. I don't blame him. He also doesn't care to return at 1030...nQuite frankly, this bank's staffing and scheduling issues should not be my problem. What terrible service for mid morning in the middle of the week. Shame on this branch location. Terrible service.nnAnd now at 1020, there is currently 12 of us in line. Great suggestion to come back at 1030 to just be back nearly out the door in line. What an awful branch with horrible service.

Take your chequing account elsewhere, I've had their ATM machine eat my rent &/or bill money multiple times over the last year. They don't care about your NSF's incurred because of their incompetency. RUN...
