RBC Royal Bank

I usually hate dealing with the bank and everyone in it but this is the first time in years that I received the care and help I needed. Felicia is amazing, she took the time to solve problems with my banking that I’ve been having for years that no one else would help me with. Could not recommend her enough, I’ve genuinely never been helped so patiently and thoroughly in a bank before. If you’re ever at this branch, choose her every time!nShoutout to Kadeem as well, he’s a financial planner who travels between branches. Very easygoing, welcoming, and great at explaining. Ask to speak to him or get his card and book an appointment yourself!

Absolutely the most horrific experience dealing with this branch manager Amy Phung. She purposely tampered with my moms mortgage and treated her so poorly and disrespectfully. I ended up attending a meeting where Amy was treating my mom poorly and I recorded her demeaning and degrading behavior towards my mom. When Amy saw my phone in my hand she lunged at me and attempted to take my phone from my hand. More of the story, if you do not want to be physically assaulted by the branch manager, or value your investments or time, or dignity, choose a different bank.

Would give zero stars if I could. Incredibly slow and unreliable staff. Waited 20 minutes in line and there were only four people ahead of me. Scheduled an appointment and after waiting in line for that long amount of time I was told to take a seat and waited another 20 minutes just to be told that the bank was about to close and I would have to reschedule my appointment. Will not be returning to this branch.

Would give negitive stars if I could. They have been pulling double payments and saying they haven't. They are essentially stealing my money and they won't do anything to reverse it. Customer service is trash, the staff there are rude and unwilling to help. Bank with anyone BUT RBC.

I had a difficult situation with my credit card coming into the branch, with no luck at their customer service via phone, however, Hicham, one of the fine gentlemen at the teller desk helped resolve my issue and went above and beyond for me, and even worked 15 minutes off the clock to help me.nnKoodos to Hicham.
