Had a terrible experience trying to get a credit card through this location. Took over two months and over a dozen attempts to get a hold of my advisor, eventually having to go through RBC's Credit Card Services twice! to get my advisor to return my emails or calls.nnIn the end, the advisor put the credit card application under the wrong name and linked it to the wrong WestJet account. Avoid this branch

So you're telling me a line practically out the door doesn't get another till open?? This is insane.nnOnly ever dealt with 2 helpful ladies when here.nnThere is also a older lady who I've witnessed have a nasty tone and rasing there voice at a customer whom is of another nationality as if they dont know english. When I get to her she's nothing but sweet. Correct your worker this is 2024.

Stop going this location!!! Banker in this location she needs to be educated first, have a sense of humor, and values customer times. I was told to bring my only last three pay checks and when I get there everything went other than what she has requested from me. I was pushed to get home equity line of credit when I refused then she started to show me her ugly face. Shame on you and the way you treat your customers. I will close my account and never bank with you again.

Avoid this branch as much as you can. Unless you want unsolicited judgemental parenting advice along with your banking needs. Attended this branch today & absolute horrible customer service. The teller an older lady judged me for bringing my baby in with me who she couldn’t even see as my baby was covered with blankets & fast asleep. It was a colder day out today but I had to deposit money I couldn’t deposit on the phone or online or even drive through as it was foreign cash. Either way the teller proceeded to tell me I shouldn’t have came in and I told her my baby was fine I as a parent made sure she didn’t even feel the cold and that she was fine and she just judged me saying “not that little” tho she couldn’t even see how big my baby is.nnI then proceeded with completing the transaction with her and she told me to stay warm & I told her she could do the job without judgment next time as moms get enough judgement from everybody. She brushed it off and ignored me.nnI called and complained through the Rbc phone line who basically told me to avoid going into the location or find a different branch as the lady I referred to being rude to me could have been the branch manager. So basically told to avoid the location do online banking or drive out to another bank.nnSo instead of fixing the customer service they want to drive people away. Pretty logical.

I’ve always used this location for any of my banking needs and after my experience today I won’t be ever returning again. The teller who I dealt with today was very rude and not pleasant to deal with what so ever. She was an older lady, I couldn’t see her name anywhere. Cut me off before I could even finish explaining what I needed help with and told me she couldn’t help me. Kept saying to me what was going on with my card made zero sense and made me feel as if what was happening wasn’t actually. She was just straight up unfriendly, rude and is not someone who should be dealing with the public. My husband and I will never use this branch again thanks to her.
