if only I dont need to give 1 star, I would not rate this place 1 star. Service is horrible, the financial adviser I dealt with was NOT NICE. I was treated as a 3rd class citizen, ignored and belittled. I left that branch disappointed, and yes I left with my money that was intended to be deposited. I would realy like to name names, but I know I am better than that guy. and so I will give him the benefit of the doubt that he might have had a long day. I hope and pray that he will be nicer to others. If you can help it, please go to another branch.

Bmo has the worst possible banking hours and during the limited banking hours they offer, only has 1 teller working?? And on a Friday? I have been waiting in line for 30 minutes already and the line has not moved... Well only from upset customers leaving. This location is very poorly managed. And BMO as a whole will be losing me as a customer and a business customer. They make it impossible to use your money, pay vendors. Just a nightmare.

Bad experience, my card was blocked and the girl asked me to call the number on the back, I called and they told me that they couldn't help me, to go to a branch.

Bad service, bad experience. When I went there around 5 p.m., they told me it's closed, why the door was open? And I asked her what about other branches? She said you checked that online that's so bad. She rushed to leave for her dream without caring the customer's feelings.

Do not believe anything they say and do not do business her. Maybe even no BMO's at all. Manager cancelled a check after initiating cashing it from my car insurance because the insurance issued it legally to both me and the leasing company. Tried to say it was illegal to cash checks issued to two people dispite the fact that I called other banks asking and they all said there was no problem with this and the insurance company having a legal obligation to issue it this way when dual ownership is involved. He then proceeded to say he would call the insurer and clear everything up since the check still wasn't returned and then call me back once it was done to then not do either. Now insurance doesn't want to reissue the check and considers it closed and the bank almost a month later still hasn't sent confirmation to the insurance that it was cancelled. Leasing company's account is frozen so they're runing their small business as well. He didn't seem to care much that his decision caused so many problems. Now I've called 5 times and 0 response. Feels like he dodging my calls or scamming honestly. Seriously do not do banking with this Branch! ...really DO NOT!
