I booked an appointment with Herrick and I was so delighted how he explained all the questions very clear. He is very knowledgeable and professional. His honest advices are insightful and he is really an expert. I saw him years ago and I followed his recommendation and I did not regret. My investments have been earning very well. If you want to learn more about investments and other banking matters, I highly recommended him!

Went into this branch to get help with moving a larger sum of money since online limits were so low. The female worker had a lot of unnecessary attitude, spoke to me like I had the banking knowledge of a toddler, and proceeded to say “good” when I told her I’d move to a different institution because of how challenging this one makes it to do anything. Oh and also gave me incorrect information - fact checked her online afterwards.

The new service and layout is exceptionally awful. Gone are the tellers at one long table, replaced with chairs and coffee tables without any tellers. You'll be greeted by an annoying individual who may or may not direct you to a seat and an agent may or may not address your concern. Everyone staffed here is utterly incompetent and certainly not a sight for sore eyes. To be completely useless would be a massive improvement over the duties they perform under their roles. Please, go on in just for the laughs you're bound to have.
