CIBC Branch with ATM

The absolute rudest and unprofessional person I have ever met in the banking industry. Said His name was Steven, but who knows? He wasn't wearing a name tag either.nI went to this bank to cash a certified check. Couldn't get it done, so went to another c I b c and had no issues.

This branch is really awful. The manager does not speak logically at all. I went to get a loan, with good credit, all my documents were complete without even the slightest problem, but after 2 hours and the work was over, the manager asked me for a completely unreasonable document to prepare at the last minute and they are completely unprofessional, when I for 2 Hours were wasted in this branch. I have never seen such unprincipled and illogical behavior in a law-enforced country like Canada. It is really unfortunate.

I am not shocked at all at the 2.2/5 score here. I just closed all of my accounts and no one bothered to ask why or seemed to care. What an attitude to carry as a bank..

This branch is run by the most clueless teller. You go to the branch to get help, but the Asian lady always asks you to call online banking.

No one here cares. I have had multiple issues with my accounts and have been lied to my face by a rep who said after trying to contact her for 2 weeks almost daily that she would call me back that day. She didn't. I also spoke to a manager who basically told me that there are no consequences for their mistakes. They cannot compensate.nnI was also contacted about an interaction recently and the manager didn't listen to me at all. I tried to tell him the story of why I'm frustrated, but he kept talking over me and seemed disinterested in what I had to say.nnI have had so much time wasted by this bank. I've been a cibc customer for 25 years and I think now is the time I switch banks. My frustration is not only with this branch, but cibc as a whole.
