7 with elderly off to the side waiting but can’t stand that long but ahead of me waiting and by their faces another line that doesn’t move. waited 10 mins 1 person was helped just 1. then a really sick man came in and was coughing and sniffling barely able to stand up straight. I can’t get sick like that I have kids and elderly around me. Tried waiting another 5 mins go by and no one moved! I had to leave and know I have to start over at a different RBC! Only 3 working at 10 am. I have been a client and at this location my entire life and I’m planning on switching since Covid they barely hired staff back and it’s sad. This is just one story of this location I have MANY sadly I have never been seen faster than 30 mins never and their poor staff looks so sad dealing with people that are beyond frustrated and rude by the time they get help. It’s so negative don’t go!

I was your customer for 10 years ever since i was a teenager, and paying you $20 a month in banking fees. I was never late on bill payments and have excellent credit history. Come a time i needed a mortgage, you gave me a pre approval. I found the home i like and you withdrew the approval. CIBC accepted me with open arms and no questions asked. I switched all my banking business to CIBC, been with them for approximately 10 years now and they took $0 in banking fees. You don’t know how to retain your current customers, you always find a ways to mess up. thats why you need to lure new customers by giving them “ipads“

My personal experience with this branch has always been amazing the staff is really polite and understanding, recently I had pleasure to deal with Alieh Kordani to setup my brand new business account she is the best, explains everything straight to point, very friendly and amazing experience definitely went above and beyond!

This branch sucks ,the stuff who works at the counter sucks and their supervisor same ,didn't even bother to come and explain why I can't deposit a bank draft.this is how this bank treat their clients.

Was a very long wait as multiple tellers were at the front desks but not offering help. While waiting to see a teller I saw one of the managers telling security they couldn't sit down at all! Was unprofessional and unkind, I will not return to this branch.
