CIBC Branch with ATM

This is of behalf my nephew whom suffers from mental health issues severe anxiety. Each time the young man goes into make a deposit or withdrawal requires ID also has to sign not one but two signature cards has been a customer for years, he gets flustered due to his condition, so are they racist over there? The absolute worst sevice and treatment of a customer i have ever witnessed and I have seen this first hand several times and the manager is useless as he can't communicate with proper English, put people in public that I don't care what race or creed just make sure they can communicate English, is that to hard to ask.

I have always had positive experiences with this branch until today, when I encountered a staff member named Zeenat. Unfortunately, her attitude was quite dismissive and unhelpful, which was surprising given my previous experiences here.nnI want to emphasize that this does not reflect the overall quality of the branch. The rest of the staff have consistently been respectful, helpful, and dedicated to assisting customers.nnThank you for your attention to this matter.
