What an awful bank all around. They do absolutely nothing for their clients.nnMy last straw is they suddenly started charging me for statements that I had already checked off on line for E statements.nnI had to stay on hold for 30 mins and another 10 for them to change it. Then she wanted to go through the notes to make sure it wasn't their mistake in order to refund the 4 dollars they had charged me.nnI declined. Even at minimum wage an hour is worth 15 dollars.nnWhat a total waste of a bank. I keep saying I will switch but its time now.

I get better customer service at a Quiznos sub. Banked with ATB all my life. Father worked for them his entire life. Go in to get some bank statements printed and they warn me it’s $10. Per month. $120 for statements? You gotta be kidding me. I think this is the last straw, I’ll be switching to a bank that is more customer service focused. Seeeee ya.

What a JOKE!!!nnWent into the branch to pay my ATB business Mastercard as I always have done because I do not have a bank account with them and guess what they now don’t except cash money at branch. Very disappointing ATB.nnUPDATE!!!nnThe branch manager personally called me and apologized about how I can make a cash deposit on my ATB Mastercard without a Bank account. There was new staff at front and weren’t aware this can be done. She definitely handled my situation professionally and I appreciate how ATB treated me to resolve issue. So I’ve updated star rating to reflect that.

I am from Stony Plain and pretty much have chosen to only deal with this branch. They are actually the nicest people. I don't know everyone's names, but both Michelle and Sylvia are wonderful to deal with, as well as all the other staff I have encountered. Michelle noticed that I was paying way too much for my monthly bank fee which I was convinced I needed by an employee at a different branch and changed it for me. Keep up the great work guys!
