I came into cash a cheque not get questioned on My daily life of my bank accounts I don’t appreciate being treated like a 3rd world class citizen in my own country the bank I’ve been with for 20 years they need to step the customer satisfaction and do there jobs not hinder the lives of regular Canadian citizens

Such a kind and considerate branch. The financial advisors are amazing, the manager was very communicative and apologetic even about the slightest inconveniences which didn't phase me at all. But it showed a tremendous level of professionalism and respect for my time.nnHighly reccomend banking here.

I've always had great service at this branch. Last Saturday I was particularly impressed with the man who was supervising the tellers. A couple of the customers were rude and aggressive,nbut the supervisor was calm, polite, and very good at de-escalating the situation. I will continue to go to this branch and recommend it to others because customers are treated with respect.

I had an appointment today. I had been helped from Eduardo, a member of the staff, in creating my savings account. He was really helpful and kind, walking me through the process of selecting the programme I was looking for. He was really kind and helpful. I was happy to meet him, he was so friendly.
