TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

I have had nothing but problems when I have come here. ATM machines never work, tellers are unhelpful and seem to not know what they are doing… i deposited hundreds of dollars of cash into their ATM and have waited almost A MONTH for it to be properly deposited just for them to not even give me the full amount! The tellers lie and say 24hrs just to get you out of line! Always only 2 tellers all day long with a lineup of 15+ people. Never had any issues at any other TD banks/ ATMS but this one!!! You are better off going to Londonderry or the 97th Street branches.

Honestly the tellers are so friendly and informative. Trust is huge when it comes to banking and I will never bank with the 137ave location for this reason. I'd rather drive 30 blocks up the road and come here!

DO NOT BANK WITH TD!nnMy wife is in another country, Fiji, visiting. After calling TD and informing them she would be there. We'll after checking the balance while in fiji, they decided it was suspicious activity and locked the account! When she called them this was very costly and difficult from fiji they told her she would have to GO TO THE BANK with her ID to get the account unlocked. She talked to managers and supervisors and they REFUSE to unlock the account. They expect her to fly back to Canada. Show them her ID then fly back to fiji.nnTo top that off. While her account is locked and she can't access any funds in the account. They are still taking monthly fees! So they won't let her access it, but they are fine to take what they want.nnThis bank is stealing my wife's money when the account is locked due to suspicious activity. All because she logged into it from the country SHE TOLD THEM SHE WAS GOING TO.nnWith everything else going on with TD. Just put your money somewhere else. I know I have and so have all of my friends and their businesses. We have all closed out TD accounts. CIBC will move everything for you and match any limits and offers of your current account.

Booked an appointment at this branch over a week ago, associate called day of to cancel appointment. Always a challenge to make an appointment at this branch, mostly have to schedule a week in advance. Very disappointed in the service received.

Frontline staff needs to be more efficient... There is no excuse for having to wait in a lineup 12 ppl deep for a new bank card. They are very slow.
