The people here are very nice, however there has been numerous times where I have waited 30+ minutes in line for example to deposit money because the atm will not work. Most of the time there are only one or two tellers available. I see many other employees walking past behind the counter and do not step up to the teller to help when there are over 20 people in line to the door. Today January 3rd is a prime example of where the line was to the door and I had to go to a different bank.
One of the worst banks you could ever use.nIf your out of the country and try to use online banking they will lock your account tell you to borrow money if you need it, or fly back to see them in person to unlock your account.nOne of the worst banks anyone could choose i highly recommend CIBC over TD dont use this bank these people and there procedures are the worst. Find a better bank !
I would give this place zero stars if I could. We have been waiting in line for 30 min as the place is super busy. This lady just walks in and asks the teller to speak to a manager as the line is too long about her visa. I am thinking she got hacked or something but no... I overhear her saying to the manager that she just wants to upgrade her visa and they go and serve her. Taking one of the tellers with her to do so while the rest of us are still waiting in line.
Avoid using their mobile service. It is not as useful as they would have you believe, and no one in the branches or that you can call has the authority to do anything with it. You'll be sitting there looking at a balance you have zero access to because their computers get the weekends off.
Sagina the manager is unparalleled in her customer service skills. Honestly never had a bank manager remotely care and work this hard for my cause. She's a gem in this branch and they should have her train other managers and staff . Outstanding service here. I'm proud to call this My branch - thanks Sagina for constantly exceeding my expectations
