TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

This branch is nice but they definitely need to hire way more employees. Everything is so slow here, there's always at least 30 minute wait at all times. One additional teller would reduce that to 5 minutes, which is what it should be. If only the ATM machines allowed USD deposits. I really hope to see improvements to this branch.

I’m very pleased with my experience — it has been great from start to finish. Ben, the Asian teller who assisted me, demonstrated a clear understanding of what needed to be done and made my transaction completely seamless. His professionalism and efficiency really stood out. Highly recommend!

I waited 20 minutes in line at this branch. A lady came in later. There were two people ahead of her. She could not wait in line. She talked to the teller supervisor, who decided to help the lady. I picked up my foreign currency. I then had to wait another 20 minutes for the supervisor to help the lady. I thought TD banking could be comfortable and on a first-come, first-served basis, not skipping the line manner—40 minutes to pick up the foreign currency I ordered online, which is ridiculous.

CindyPisani - I think is her last name, one of the managers, is ammmazing!! She has helped me out in the last two months through some of the issues that an online speciality rep messed up. The whole thing was disorganized a disordered as the rep couldn’t carry out a task and was placing blame on her mistakes on others. I came to this bank and Cindy graciously helped me out and actually went above and beyond and was able to fix eveytbing within a matter of minutes! She’s a quick thinker and easily solved all the problems that have arisen because of past reps. She has incredible skills through her logical thinking, also strategic and creative as I saw how she ammended everything for me immediately! Didn’t know that could happen from the month long unresolved issues with the rep online. Her resourcefulness helped me immensely!! I can’t thank her enough and every time I go there or have any problems with TD, she’s the one that I know can help me! She’s also very kind and empathetic. A characteristic that is missing in customer service these days for sure. So I appreciate her and am very thankful for her!!!nI also wanted to mention Boon at this location too as he is also sensational as well! He has helped me with my personal banking and has greatly impacted and educated me through what I can have and do with my accounts! So thank you as well!!

Had an appointment today that was blown off by the TD investment staff that I was suppose to see. They went home for the day but I was not notified till after I waited well past my appointment time before being informed. Many of the staff just ignore me as well. TD as a whole seems to not care and this branch shows it.
