Story

The Comfort Inn Downtown Vancouver, nestled on the coast of beautiful British Columbia, Canada, is not your typical Comfort Inn. Situated in the heart of Vancouver within the Entertainment District, we are a small boutique hotel where you can expect a personalized level of service, and an abundance of amenities at hand.

A stay at the Comfort Inn includes complimentary wireless internet access, cable television, free local calls, in-room iPod docks, Innvue movies and complimentary access to the one of the best fitness facilities in town, the Steve Nash Fitness Club.

Hotel was great. I had a great little suite on the backside of the building so very quiet. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was excellent. I enjoyed my week stay. My only concern was the neighbourhood. Not really condusive for an evening stroll. Otherwise I would highly recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel. The best part is that you have a great pub connected to the hotel, so you can got, have a great time at the pub and then come back to bed (the pub and the hotel are connected by an internal door). I don't give it more stars because it's weird and a little uncomfortable that breakfast is served in the pub (the hotel doesn't have its own restaurant or breakfast place). So it's kind of weird to have breakfast in the same place where people drink alcohol the night before. Besides (and this was quite disappointing) the hotel doesn't offer gluten free bread, which is quite usual in Canada. Anyway, the staff was friendly and the hotel very warm and clean, with an excellent location.

Nice clean room and reasonably priced. Staff are very friendly and helpful. My particular room was on a noticable slope and the bed was extremely soft and worn out which made for uncomfortable nights. Breakfast is decent if it's included in the room cost but not worth the $10 otherwise. Includes some hot items like sausage, bacon and hash browns but everything is deep fried. Eat early as they don't restock some breakfast items.

A very welcoming hotel. Beds are comfortable. We got a king room with a jetted tub. The tub was very large it was awesome. Not full stars because the rooms are not sound proof at all. You can hear a normal volume conversation when someone is in the room, just down the hall.

It gets loud at night, so if you are a light sleeper, I would advise you to stay somewhere else, or bring some heavy-duty ear plugs. It's walking distance to everything. We even walked to their farmer's market over the bridge. And if you drove here, there is a place to park next to the hotel. We got free breakfast at the Irish pub next door, which was pretty good. Apart from the loudness, it's a pretty decent place to stay.
