Tim Hortons

I don't think the attendant at the window could hear me well so I don't want to rate the customer service for that but I had to repeat my order about 5 times. Then I get to the window and they don't know my order and make me wait without asking me to wait for like 10 min till the figure out what my order was. It would've been easier to ask me ? Then I get my Nutella croissant and well... the photo speaks for itself.

I don’t know why I keep going back to this Tim Hortons… it’s the most convinient location on my commute to work but the service is HORRIBLE. I got this bagel this morning with the tiniest bit of cream cheese. I feel like I’m being pranked. They can never get your order correct.

My gf asked for a donut while i went to grab a coffee and found flies inside the donut showcase...nNaaaah.. may be next time

Ordered a TT and a DD stored well because there are so many incredibly incompetent employees at Tims for some reason It really sucks when your simple order gets messed up especially when you count on your morning coffee to get your day started…

This Tim's was just atrocious. As someone who used to work at a Tim Hortons, their sandwich making speeds were just horrid.nnNot only was their pacing and overall speed horrible, they didn't even make my order right. No sauce, no chicken. Just the rice mix and lettuce. My sandwich was no better. I've never had bacon as cold as it was with as little sauce as there was.
