Jason makes the best cappuccino ever. He’s always kind, welcoming, and starts my day off with a smile. I have never have had a drink made incorrectly by him. Thank you for being so consistently. Awesome!

Service has gone downhill, honestly since new management has taken over. I used to love coming here, drink my tea and seeing the staff enjoy doing what they love. Now the service is slow, new staff working don't seem to know how to make a simple tea. It's sad to see.nMiss the blue haired girl and her fun male counterpart and their energetic welcomes and smiles.nI'll be going to Starbucks down the road now. Hope things change, would hate to see another second cup closing.

I’m a regular at this location, close to my work and usually come everyday on my lunch. Sorry to say but the new workers do not know how to make my iced caramel correto, everyday it tastes different and sometimes undrinkable. Not once have they made my drink and it had caramel drizzle like how it suppose to have. Very disappointed might have to switch back to Starbucks.

Good customer service. Did not like the coffee, took it back and the staff member made it again as I wanted. He had big smile on his face.
