Tim Hortons

I ordered jalapeno bagel double toasted with extra butter they gave me jalapeno bagel cremated with butter. They always serve expired coffee. If you go in, and you see the Red light on the pot that means coffee is expired already. You can always ask for freshly brewed as it only takes 5mins. French Vanilla is NOT calibrated properly it taste watery with a little bit of vanilla and lots of sugar. Cream is not calibrated correctly too. Espresso shot is prepared already and just sitting there waiting for someone to order then they will just transfer it. Customer service is no good too. They rushing your order bumping their time to beat the drive thru times while you wait for a minute to get it. overall experience on this store is -999. Serving expired coffees cremated bagels and old espresso shot french vanilla that tastes like water with sugar. And ive seen them serving expired steeped tea. When you come in and check the time on the steeped tea, if the time is 12:30pm that means it'll expire at 12:30pm. DO NOT ORDER. Disgusting.

Last month I went to Timmy at manning town and tried to order chilli combo but the employee at that location had no clue and gave me a weird look so I only ordered coffee and left thinking maybe they no longer offer chilli that will be sad for me.nnThis location however the employees patiently took my order with a smile. I dine in and my meal is ready in no time. Very clean restaurant with friendly employees and I love their chilli combo meal on cold mornings.nnI ordered half a dozen donuts for my family before I left the restaurant. They love them.

Im so upset that i got my french vanilla with used lid, it was dirty with lipstick mark!!!the staff didn’t apologised for it when i told her about it!!!! I waste my time coming back to the store to change it!!!

I always have the best experience. The staff makes this place welcoming. Angela and Arjinder went out of the way to help me. Upon my request, Angela packed reindeer donuts for my girls in a special timbit box instead of the paper bag. Her smile and her positivity brought exceptional happiness to my overall experience. A special shout out to Arjinder for returning me my wallet that I dropped on the floor while picking the order for dine out. He saved me from going through panic and fatigue. Thank you everyone!

You know I have to say out of all the Tim Hortons this one is my favourite. When I ask for my whipped topping on the side for my dog in the mornings, they do it without question and they are pretty generous too. The other Tim Hortons I go to down 82nd street try to argue in confusion as to why I want it on the side and it’s quite a burden asking them sometimes. So to the workers at this location. You guys are great. Keep up the awesome work of customer satisfaction. Thank you
