The Biscoff latte tasted really good and wasn’t too sweet. The chocolate croissant was warm, flaky, and fresh. Jasleen recommended me this drink, so I try it. The place is clean, quiet, and has a nice Christmas vibe, which made it feel really cozy. The staff were friendly and everything tasted great. I’d come back for sure.

This location has gotten very poor at following instructions. I go to the drive through and express clearly every time I come i want a vanilla ice coffee and that every time I come there is zero flavor and please could they make sure it has vanilla.nnEverytime I come and express this kindly that this happens I leave and there is zero flavor.nnEither better training and communication because there is some communication issues as well or maybe just don't havw a business where people cannot provide drinks they cannot make correctly.

Excellent customer service! The staff is respectful, attentive, and works well as a team. Orders are handled efficiently even during busy hours. One of the better Tim Hortons locations.

I recently entered the restaurant, and a female staff member behind the counter informed me that they close at 10:00 pm. There was also a sign at the door indicating that they would be closing at 10:30 PM Essentially, they were advising us to leave. I find this to be quite impolite, especially since I was able to read the sign, and the staff member even argued, asserting that their closing time was 10:00 PM and that we were mistaken.
