The atmosphere is vibrant and energetic, making it a perfect place to start the day. The music sets a cheerful tone, and the friendly staff's laughter and camaraderie add a unique charm to the place. Their enthusiasm is contagious and creates a warm, welcoming environment. It's refreshing to see a team that genuinely enjoys their work and each other's company which is how I feel a work place should be.

The Asian fellow was rude as eff. This was Tuesday evening. They were out of some ingredients, he never informed me after I ordered. He cocked a bunch of attitude at me when I questioned him, and then he walked away from me. Will not be returning. Would not recommend.

I love this location. My drinks are always made correct here. I live closer to the Starbucks in newcastle but will drive to this location because I never have to go back in to get my drinks topped up or remade. Staff are always friendly and drive through is quick.

The workers are absolutely awesome. One patiently guided my daughter through the menu to make sure she got exactly what she wanted. I'll definitely be going back

Waited about 20 minutes to drink this garbage, despite the app saying it would be ready literally 15 minutes before it was & it was full of grounds. Pour over that you managed to leave full of grounds. We are supposed to tip for this kind of service?
