Staples

I was heading to the area for dinner and needed an item from Staples, so this location was perfect to drop by.nnInitially, I thought this Staples would be small, but it extends to the right in the back, sort of an L-shape configuration. This Staples basically has everything a typical Staples would have.nnI couldn't find my item and asked a team member. He knew where to find it and took me there. Checkout team members were friendly and pleasant.nnI'll definitely consider this Staples if I need more business supplies.

We had the opportunity to go to this location of Staples and it turned out to be stellar! Purchased a package of printing stock in addition to a medium sized box so I can ship something very special to our son.nnEric was extremely helpful in assisting me and directing me to what I would need to complete this task. Zaid was also helpful in responding to another request I had.nnSuffice to say, had it not been for Eric resourcefulness, I wouldn't have been able to ship to our son his skateboard.nnThe store has 3 hour free underground parking, located directly below the store. To access the store do so my using the elevator indicated as Staples.

Worst manager ever. Maybe even just the employees terrible customer service when I walked in everyone looked at me like I was an alien! I got a “hi how can I help you” a while later the guy that said that pointed at a counter and said “they can help you” lol again a pause then they finally say “I can help you” When making my exchange I said “it was never opened” I mean the seal was still intact but she proceeded to open it and examine it slowly I understand being cautious and stuff but seriously why you looking at it so slow!? Lol oh and before giving me my money back for the exchange she decided to go do something she said something before going the guy helping me looked shocked “um I guess we can go look for the one you wanted while we wait for her to come back and give you a refund” however it is a cute location in the middle of a little strip mall but that’s about it.

One of the most modern Co- working space with great ambiance and fully equipped with everything you can expect to get job done. Great collection of hand bags and accessories for day today planners and organizers. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely recommended.

I had the best experience at this store. I was in looking for last minute items for a work conference, and I was given personal help to find exactly what I was looking for. When I was paying I was asked if I wanted to set up an account to receive discounts on future purchases for the office. This was nice to be offered as I am always looking for ways to save money. I will be purchasing from this location going forward. If you need any items from a Staples I HIGHLY recommend this location.
