Had a great experience buying a new guitar multi effects.nnSince they didn't have a rental unit, they were able to rent the new unit to me so I could test the product.nnThey were able to use the cost of the rental towards the total of the unit when I purchased it.nn2 weeks later, I noticed that the item had gone on sale. Called em up! Was greeted by Gavin. The dudes a legend!! Had a great time chatting with him while he worked his magic and was able to price match the item.nnNothing but a great experience with everyone I've encountered in this store.

We went to test the sizes of ukuleles for our kids and had figured we on buy them on Amazon. It turns out that Long & McQuade ukuleles and guitars are CHEAPER THAN AMAZON! We bought two ukuleles with the help and guidance of RJ and I’ll be back next week to pick up a guitar. Hands down the best retail experience I’ve had anywhere in years.

Great place to buy or rent a musical instrument or take lessons have done all 3. Knowledgeable and helpful staff if you need it, also happy to leave you alone so you can test and try instruments all day if you prefer. No pressure sales at all. Returns hassle free within 30 days, they want you to be happy your instrument. Selection and showroom is amazing.

I brought in my guitar that hasn’t been played much in ages. Dean was SO helpful. He did a quick adjustment on it and educated me on humidifiers, picks and just general guitar care. I could tell how passionate he was and I found it inspiring. Incredible customer service, thank you!
