Jon was fantastic and truly went above and beyond to help me more than once. I had an issue with my new boom arm, and I was honestly disappointed because I had to come back to the store twice for it. I was preparing to come in again today, but Jon completely changed my experience. He took the time to help, made sure everything was sorted out, and turned a frustrating situation into a great one. Went to Long & McQuade to rent speakers for our wedding, the team member we spoke with was extremely helpful and even gave us an additional free rental day. We ended up going with a DJ a couple months later and called to cancel knowing we wouldnt get our reservation fee back, they were so nice about it and actually refunded the entire purchase including reservation fee! Awesome team, truly one of the best vendors we worked with.
