I went in this location almost near their closing time. I can see workers were already tired working through out the day. But still HAIDER was still polite, patient helping me and answering my inquiries about scanning and printing documents.

Went to this location to drop off my Amazon returns. I like this location because the shipping area is at the front of the store.nnI was greeted right away and my QR code was scanned. It literally to seconds to complete. I was given a $5 off coupon and was told they have a similar cable in stock if I wanted to purchase one. Great customer service.

The staff in the printing section provide poor service. There is an Indian lady who is extremely rude and arrogant. When we went there for a printout, she refused to help us even after we asked twice. As a part of good customer service, assisting customers should be a priority. Please work on improving this.

DONT TAKE YOUR PASSPORT PHOTO HERE!!!nnThe service was terrible. The guy taking our photos was rushing and didn’t even bother to ask if we liked them. When we asked to check the pictures, he straight-up refused, like he just wanted to get it over with. This is a passport photo, it’s important, and we should at least be able to see if we look decent before it’s printed. The lack of care and professionalism was ridiculous. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else!

Sue was such an awesome staff. She was extremely helpful and friendly when I returned my item, making the process quick and easy. Overall, I left the store feeling confident in the service I received and appreciated her professionalism. Thanks, Sue!
