Worst customer service I think I have ever experienced. Wanted to print some business cards. Printed from home. Came to pick them up, and they had printed off center. Staff told me they would fix it in 20 mins. When I came back they said please wait 30 minutes. I went to run some errands, and the staff called me to tell me that it was my file that was off center. I went back to the store to show that my file was centred, and received a refund after about a half hour. I was then referred to their self service computers, and waited about an hour for staff to help. Staff was very reluctant to help. In the end the manager was rude and dismissive and told me to order from home again.
I simply do not understand, it is early in the morning after a long weekend, how can your staff being so grumpy. Certainly not every customers came in are as smart as you are working behind the customer service desk also knew all rules and regulations and or procedures as good as you are.nBut I purchased the product and the insurance policy of warranty from your shop.nI came in with a smile and said good morning loudly. This condescending attitude from your staff was just horrible. Wonder why she wanted to go to work. Smile my friend.....
Last night, I went to make copies of my files, but unfortunately, the printer wasn't working correctly. When I asked the employee nearby for help, she was incredibly rude. Despite her assistance in copying my files, the copies turned out misaligned when I got home. It seems like the employees here prioritize chatting with each other over helping customers. It's really disappointing to encounter such poor service.
Recently got 4x6 postcards printed here. The quality of front side postcards met expectations, but severe misalignment on the back. After going back into the store to confirm on their computer the image that was sent I was met with initial denial from staff. After double checking the image the associate agreed it was off center yet minimal help after this acknowledgment. Disappointed with lack of resolution and being shrugged off. Definitely reconsidering where I'll get my printing done in the future.
Rose was such a sweetheart. I came to laminate a book and she helped throughout the whole way. She deserves all the best! Along with this, it was so busy but she was on top of it.
