This Costco is fantastic! It offers a wide variety of food, snacks, and other items. The Costco food court now serves delicious chocolate chunk cookies, which are new to me and I love them. At 8:30, they dim the lights to signal closing time. So many people come to this Costco it's always bustling with activity. A nice clean store with a large selection of produce. The lineups from the checkout and pharmacy can be long, however, just like the food court. The biggest problem I have with this location is access and egress. On weekends, it can be tricky getting in and out.

Costco even does not deserve 1 star. It is time for COSTCO to really check out their products before selling them to people and stop selling GARBAGE.nMany times I bought fruit, the bottom of fruit was moldy. Although most of the time I avoid to buy fruit from Costco after bad experiences, but same experience today I bought blackberries and once I opened to eat, the bottom was moldy. I returned it and asked the employee that why Costco sells rotten products to the customers. I talked to the manager about it and he was very unprofessional even didn’t say sorry. He said “I will let them know”and walked away. Let who knows? you’re the manager and that’s your responsibility to solve the issue. It happened many times and I complained to the managers, but I heard same response and same story whenever I shopped there. For their garbage, their employees aggressively checked your membership at entrance, at cashier, self checkout and the receipt at exit- it’s too much compared with what kind of service and product they have.nnPeople complained about the lack of service at Costco’s cashiers if the managers cannot solve the problems and can’t take complains properly and politely what should we expect from them

I kept looking for single/dual mattress but none was there. They kept me waiting for 40 mins and no one was willing to help me.nThere’s was a black bald guy he said that it’s not his part of job to find mattress for me and then i went to manager Alex he showed me no interest.nShame on their staff and poor service.

Every time I go to this Costco, I ask myself why I didn't just drive an extra 5 minutes to go to East Hills Costco instead. I love Costco, but it can be really hard to find a parking space at this one, and the store itself is often out of stock on things I went there to buy.nnNow I try to remember to just go to East Hills whenever I want to shop at Costco - it's better stocked, bigger, I can always find parking, and it has fuel pumps.
