A great place to get bulk buy deals on grocery and over the counter drugs. No store can beat their prices. They always have reasonably good quality stuff. They probably have the easiest return policy. Their electronics and appliances deals are always great. They offer two years free warranty on most of the electronic and home appliances while all other stores provide only one year. I got best deal in laptops at Costco. Their membership is obligatory to shop at COSTCO. The cost of membership is recovered within first few months of purchases through the savings and cash back .

A nice clean store with a large selection of produce. The lineups from the checkout and pharmacy can be long, however, just like the food court. The biggest problem I have with this location is access and egress. On weekends, it can be tricky getting in and out.

I don’t normally write negative reviews but i figured something has to be said in order to improve the service.nnWe visited this branch just to purchase a car battery.nIt should’ve been a 5-10 minute transaction but it took longer because of poor customer service and lack of system in place.nnScenario:nnA very long line up at the Auto Centre.nnThey have 3 counters with staff but there are no system in place to address everyone’s needs. The staff are only calling people who has appointments and was there to pick up their vehicle. Majority of the people who are in line was there for something else.nnSo a normal reaction after a long wait and witnessing a lack of system in place is to ask a staff, what is going on?nnThey are dismissive and don’t even want to lend an ear to hear the customers concern. My partner was told right off the bat before she can even voice out her concern. “Go back in line and wait for your turn.” in a rude manner.nnThat rude staff then went to call her manager who is oblivious on how to resolve an issue.nnI was appalled with the manager’s approach to tackle the issue. First thing that came out of his mouth was “Is there a problem here?” in a tone that was condescending and made us feel like we are there to cause a problem.nnThe manager then proceeded to argue in circles and failed to acknowledge the lack of system in place and hear our concerns that includes the rude staff member.nnAreas of concern:nn1. It is not our fault that the people waited last minute to get their tires on. why we have to suffer because of other people’s incompetence?nn2. We are also a paying customer who has other things to do rather than just waiting in line for an absurd amount of time.nn3. You have 3 tills in place, why can’t you dedicate 1 for appointment, 1 for pick up & 1 for walk-ins with other concerns during busy times.nn4. If your centre can’t handle the huge volume of customers and refuse to deal with walk-ins then let them pay inside the store or better yet let them show a proof of receipt before picking up the item.nn5. Lack of communication - had any of your staff was courteous enough to let the waiting customers know that you are behind schedule and wanting to deal with the appointments and pick ups first. We would’ve been more understanding, rather than seeing the people who was at back of the line getting helped first and faster than the ones been there longer without any further explanation.nn6. Rude staff member - You are in a customer service environment, be ready to address customer’s concern or needs and don’t shut them down just because you’re having a bad day.nn7. Manager - you should know better on how to handle minor conflicts and approach it with an open mind. Have the ability to take criticism so you can improve your service and provide feedback to your staff member. See the bigger picture so you can make mindful decisions.

Not many people might write Costco reviews but I’m going to… Not only because I LOVE Costco and have been a customer for years but their prices and customer service going as far as speaking to their amazing return policy is unmatched. I wanted to give a shout-out to a woman working here whom I call “The Queen of Costco” by the name of Bonnie needs recognition. A long-serving employee as I understand, she is always so knowledgeable, approachable and always cheerful. She is a credit to this organization and for anyone else who has interacted with her, they will know who I’m referring to. Keep up the great work Bonnie.

A terrible place, I've been to other places in this store, but this was my second time and I won't go back even if I'm in a critical condition, people are pushing wildly but it wouldn't have been anything if one of the people hadn't slapped my sister with a wheelbarrow because I was waiting in line without my things, and the employee at the checkout with food hot dogs, fries, etc. actually yelled at me twice and in the end threw the glasses at me when I asked for them, because I ordered three fries and two hot dogs, which included drinks, I asked that I take the glasses a third time because it was difficult for me to bring everything in one go, but when I took everything and went to get the glasses, he yelled that I had already given you everything, and when I told him that he didn't give it to me and if he put it on the table, then another person could have taken it, to which he just started saying something, I didn't understand what he was talking about and threw the glasses at me, I didn't even I wanted to lift them. Horrible, disgusting.
