This is a great place to buy groceries. You can get your eyes tested and buy glasses. Good selection of TVs, meat, bread, vegetables, fruits, snacks, cakes and pastries. You can also stop for lunch. Customer service is friendly and helpful. This place is definitely worth checking out they have monthly specials.

Like any other costco. Huge packs. Good for costco, and big families, small families not be suitable that much, it may be waste and perishable. I am amazed at the amount of packaged items, many are calorie rich and processed.

I really love their croissants platter here at Costco. I ordered 2 platters for my daughter's birthday . They have 3 flavors, turkey, beef, and pork ham. I think 1 platter is good for 12 to 20 people. I will surely order again on my youngest 5th birthday next month. It cost 49.99$ for 1 platter.

I usually shop at the Heritage Costco in Calgary and always have a great experience, but when I visited the NE Calgary location yesterday I was treated very poorly.nnAt the entrance, the employee at the door a woman with glasses yelled at me about my empty shopping bag and wouldn’t let me in at first. Even after I scanned my membership card, she demanded to see it again. She then took my card, refused to return it, and actually broke it into pieces. That behavior was extremely aggressive, unprofessional, and unacceptable.nnI reported the incident to the manager, Michael, but he brushed it off and said it was “normal” procedure ,which it clearly is not. At other Costco locations, like Heritage, if you forget to scan your card the staff simply remind you politely. They never treat customers with hostility or destroy membership cards.nnThis was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Costco, and I will never return to this location. Thankfully, Heritage Costco upgraded my membership and apologized for how I was treated. Heritage Costco continues to provide excellent customer service, but the NE Calgary location seriously needs to improve how staff treat customers with respect.

This location is nearest to the airport and a cluster of other shops Best Buy... convenient for visitors like myself, staying temporarily in the region. Like most Costco, bulk buys here are good for a few weeks stay. Great prices for all sort of things. Membership does pay off! Fast food counter has pizzas and Sundae cones, good quality anx great price, too. With 90 day return policy, purchases are protected! It is a bit busy even for weekdays -- long lineups to pay and even longer for self-checkout! Parking too, can be a bit congested. Staff are nice & friendly and the store in general is clean and neat. I just wish they label the aisles to save us time wandering, looking for the products.
