Goodwill Chinook Thrift Store

had a very disappointing experience at this Goodwill location this morning.nnEmployee blonde haircashier *not the lady that was assisting people close to the fitting room.nnI wanted to try on some clothes, but the fitting room door was locked. I asked that employee for help, and she responded with an attitude, saying, “Another staff member is there, can’t you see her?”. That other employee was helping someone else and I could only see her feet. How do I know she’s an employee?nLater at checkout, the same employee assisted other customers ahead of me. She asked them if they wanted a bag, and put their clothes in the bag, but when it was my turn, she simply scanned my items and left them on the counter.nWhat was especially frustrating was that she never seemed to finish helping me. While I was checking out, she kept focusing on the same two customers who had already paid and then returned to purchase additional items. Instead of completing my transaction and assisting me properly, she continued helping them and left my items on the counter.nI asked for a bag, but she ignored me at first. When I asked again, she placed a bag on the counter without saying anything. I had to pack my own items, and she also left the receipt on the counter instead of handing it to me or put it with my clothes.nHer attitude made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable during my visit. I hope this location improves its customer service and treats all shoppers with the same level of respect.

I visited the Goodwill Thrift Store location and had a pretty positive experience overall.nThis store is definitely a bit smaller and busier than some of the other locations, so it can feel a little crowded at times. The line for the change rooms was a bit long, but it moved along fairly quickly and wasn’t too bad.nThe staff were all friendly and kind. They were great about directing people where to line up, which made things run smoothly despite how busy it was. A special shoutout to the lady working the change room—she was super sweet.nOn the bright side, I ended up finding some really cute pieces, which made the visit totally worth it. Overall, a good experience, especially thanks to the helpful staff!

Extremely disappointed with the new store. The old one was great. It felt more like a thrift store, now it feels like it’s trying to hard to copy Winners/Marshalls style & Value Villages. What is with the all white everything and no more blue? It looks like a hospital waiting room now. I used to shop daily at Goodwill it feels like, but now I cannot bring myself to the new location. It has a way more apparent smell. The testing area is so small and cramped. Everything is cramped and lifeless. If “sold your soul” had a look, it’s the new Goodwill location at the Chinook area

Beth is amazing!!nSuper friendly, kind, funny, polite, and knowledgeable!!!nThis is now a price drop location and everything was at least 30% off up to 60% off!nBeth is awesome and even if you dont buy anything, go say Hello to her, you're day will greatly improve!!

We were refused a fitting room even though we came on Tuesday at 7 PM. Apparently, she had already washed the floors and didn’t want to let anyone in, even though the store says it’s open until 8 PM. Totally unreasonable woman.
