I have been shopping with 911 Supply for sometime now and wanted to share my experience with purchasing online and in store. My shopping experience has been excellent both in store and online. The staff are great and easy to deal with and knowledgeable about the products they sell. I picked up my online order today from the post office and was impressed with the stellar packaging. Excellent selection of equipment, bought jackets, shooting glasses, pants, boots, and medical supplies from here over the years. Staff has always been friendly and super helpful, especially with returns/exchanges and helping you find the right gear.
While configuring a new long-range rifle pack, one of my 5.11 pouch molle loops snapped at the buckle. Quick phone call to Kayla indicated that the product warranty had elapsed. Kayla spent time with me trying to resolve the issue and offered a product replacement anyway. In less than 24 hours, Kayla and David had a new product on my pack that will fit my needs perfectly.nnI did not expect a product replacement, nor did I expect 911 Supply to bend for my issue; I was only looking for some support in regards to the product.nnExemplary service. Lighting fast communication, and as always with 911 Supply - knowledgeable and friendly. Old school, and proper business etiquette met with a firm handshake.nnCustomer for life.
