Visited Market Mall . Always find new varieties of fashion/ trends & new line of perfumes at Bay & around. There is new Decathlon sports / Gym suits & Hiking outwear / tents / boat are available in the very reasonable prices . The self checkout machine is a very unique addition at this mall !
My wife and I went shopping on Black Friday day in Bay. We are happy to get the good deal on clothing for ourselves and my son, and beautiful kitchen knifes during this holiday seasons. We are satisfied with their high quality products and services too.
I had to return a gift had the original receipt from gifter and the original lady who helped me was wonderful and patient but couldn’t process the refund so she asked Kenny at the men’s fragrance counter to help. He said he was too busy and asked a younger male to take me to another counter. This younger sales rep didn’t know how to process a refund without the original credit card, he walked away to ask Kenny something at the first counter. From 10’ away I hear a stern yell of “Girl, Girl!”nI turn and look to realize he’s shouting at me through the store! He asks if I have a debit card, I say I don’t have the original card. Then ask “Did you just call me Girl?” He’s says “yes as in Hey Girl because I’m gay and fabulous!” {Who someone loves or how they live their life shouldn’t change the level of professionalism displayed at work!}nHe said it doesn’t matter if it’s the original card, I explain I would like a gift card to purchase my replacement gift and carry any remaining balance. He says it’s harder and to just put it in my bank acct, that it doesn’t matter because we’re married?? I oblige to end the terrible interaction.nThe younger salesmen helped me and was easy to interact with but Kenny was rude, abrasive, and should not be customer facing.nI won’t be returning to this location to spend my money! I took my remaining refund and spent it elsewhere.nCustomer service should be professional and respectful…I wish I knew the names of the other 2 helpful employees!

Hudson's Bay at Market Mall is very clean and spacious. the anchor tenant is bright and fully stocked, yet you do not feel confined.nnStaff are spread out helping customers or stationed at customer service stations throughout the store. The shoes area has more help as you need their help for the right sizes. Sometimes it might be hard to find a place to pay, but it's never too far away.nnHudson's Bay carries a range of brands from budget to higher end. I love their homeware area along with their seasonal, ie Christmas. Their washrooms are usually cleaned as traffic is low and the washrooms are situated towards the back on the second floor which is only accessible within the store via escalator or elevator.
