SEPHORA

Thank you to the woman Bridget or Britney that dealt with all my questions Monday! Along with checking/testing all of the brand names moisturizers I was interested in. She was able to explain in detail on what it does for all skin types. After I found the moisturizer I liked the most. On my way to the check out I ended up finding another moisturizer ha ha I immediately went and found her to ask what it did for the face. She was so sweet and knew the answers immediately. She knows skin care!! I have not had a person take the time to go through face products like this in years. It was honestly very delightful and much appreciated. She loves what she does and thank goodness for that or I’d be out of moisturizer lol

Taylor is the most humble store manager, highly recommend her for help about all things beauty. I got her assistance at south trail sephora and I will be making the trip to market mall to visit and see the new holiday collections. Taylor is a shining example of a well versed and rounded manager. I have visited the location a few times over the years and it's the biggest sephora in the city. I enjoyed how they were always clean, had displays stocked and the staff were always greeting me and helped me find a product and answered my beauty concerns.n11/10

Lovely person helped me out today around 4pm with trying to find a red mascara + gave me some options for alternatives. Took the time to talk about it with me and where to look, showed me options in store. Had to leave quickly to catch my bus but I will be returning to pick up a lash primer after the suggestion! Wish I got her name. Give her a raise

Went in to spend some money today and pretty much no help was given so very, little money spent! The girl at the till was absolutely mean! Never experienced this before!! She must really hate her job!!? Glaring at my daughter and I, refused to show me what my 300 points could get so didn’t get my item. Shame on your staff. Tuesday 5pm and not super busy, staff standing around chatting and this cashier should loose her job! I watched how she treated everyone, how terrible to have a staff member like this!! Will shop else where or another location. Please do better!!!

Such a good experience! I was helped by Tara, Tari? Sorry I didn’t catch the name properly. But she was super helpful. Took the time to make sure I was comfortable with the shade match for my concealer, which usually no one gets right, but she did! Went above and beyond to make sure I left happy.
