Worker who arrived at 3:45PM September 21st, visibly late, seems to lack short term memory and is generally hard to talk to.

Despite asking over and over, they won’t stock certain products that they have sold in the past. I’ve been told by the staff at this location and the others I’m now driving all over the city to in order to actually get what I’m after at, that they have moved to a central ordering system and that despite the managers at each location making requests based on their customers requests, that home office makes the final decision. Not a good look. Why not give the customers what they want? They seem to stock what I’m after at other locations, as I’ve now gone to 4 others, but I’m getting kinda sick of driving all over the city! I’ve sent emails too and still, nothing.nnFirst review 5 stars:nI wasn’t sure about Value Buds when they took over this location from another cannabis shop as their hideous branding is a major turn off. BUT, as we all know, it’s what’s on the inside that matters, and these guys are absolutely fantastic!!! Their customer service is exceptional, Danni usually helps us and we adore her! I recently experienced a faulted product and their manager Taylor was so great to deal with and he very quickly made things right for me. Plus, their pricing is incredibly competitive and their selection is great!

I rarely consume weed products, I came to this store since Rexall is next door and I was making other purchases. I was looking for a topical cream similar to what one of my friends produces for pain. Simply just looking, I asked a few questions which the staff did answer until they asked for my Id which I forgot I'm my car. The staff became bitter and kicked me out of the store. With that I decided that this is not the store for me if they are that quick to cause conflict. In a country where hard drugs are becoming normalized and stoners are everywhere you as a consumer have options. Pass up on this place and find a small store and avoid the chains.
