Staff have no clue how to do their job and need training in how to communicate to customers; specifically the printing department. I won’t post what he said when he got upset with me because it was really rude.nnThe first associate that helped me was super helpful and knowledgeable and guided me through the process.nnBut when I came to pick up all the work was not done and I came 2 days after the due date. Then they tried to charge me for the same stuff again when it was already suppose to be paid for.
Virgin Plus Mobile -be very careful buying here at Staples Chinook. I cannot recommend.nnI was told by the salesman that I would pay under $39 per month and that he/Virgin would waive the hook up fee and SIM fee. In fact, I was billed $101.10 which is beyond my telecommunications budget and more importantly it is a complicated non-transparent system. What I was promised verbally, what was on the contract I received by email from Virgin, and what actually happened are entirely different from each other. For example, I was promised by the salesman at Staples Chinook that $67.80 would be coming to me immediately which to me means right off the top. But in reality, Virgin notified me that I would be receiving $63 of next month's billing. The time and the amounts do not tally.nnYou have been warned.nnI am going to get phone service from some normal albeit lower data amount such as Rogers or Telus because I am not happy with what occured here.
