Staples

I want to sing praises about this location. I have often had great experiences at this Staples. Great Service. Kind Staff. Easy to find items I am looking for. Clean and organized. The other day I had an especially great experience. It didn't start off great, because I forgot one of the items I had just purchased on the counter. However, when I called the store a bit later once I realized I must have forgotten the item, the gentleman I spoke with was very helpful. I got back to the store right before closing. They had kept my item aside for me and helped me with another concern and all those who assisted were professional and great with customer service. There is really great team work at this store and I appreciate them so much.

I am very grateful to Norma, who assisted me at the document section of Staples Chinook on Friday November 01, 2024. I was flustered and had to attend an interview that same afternoon. Unfortunately, my ink ran out at home and that day ALL Calgary public library technology was down! My luck changed for the better at Staples Chinook. Norma was very professional, quick and I am so very thankful Thank you.

I just popped in to get some documents shredded. A girl named Mari was a delight. She was so helpful took my bag of papers came back seconds later and said all done.n$2.10 later, I am one happy customer. Good job Mari and great customer service. Thank you

Assistant manager said they can't help me with my problem of me returning a defective product because of covid headphones that don't work with a computer only with a phone.nnNeed a GM to do a return???nnUpdate: They took back the headphones when I returned. Lady said I was lying about them not working and changed my story???nThis whole branch needs customer service training. Maybe from the guy who sells Bell cell phones? He was super nice and friendly.nnDon't shop at staples.
