Super friendly service, but hats off to Komal in Print, very helpful and knowledgeable, attention to details, noticed how long I was waiting to use the picture printing station due to another person using it, he actually took the time to fix the one that was out of service to make sure I don't have wait without me asking.

This is my favorite Staples store. Went to buy Samsung S25 ultra. Sales person Jaymen Patel was great. Very experienced. Polite and humble guy. Excellent service. That's the reason I drove from NW to SE.

First time such a bad experience. I didn't know how to print the documents, asked for help because my English is not perfect. The guy gave me instructions, turned around and left. I didn't have time to figure it out myself logically that's why I asked for help. Was followed around while trying to shop, after politely introducing myself and asking if the security guard could stop staring at me. She told me to leave. I don’t know how I am supposed to shop at your location if I am unable to look for what I want without being followed and harassed. Understanding the location and its activity, I believe you should have a better way of allowing paying customers to feel welcome.

Very poor service at the department photo/copy/printing. We needed a photo of the child to be made. We tried to make it at the white screen using our phone when a Staples photographer came and in a rude manner asked us to move away because he need to make a photo of another customer. When afterwards we asked him to make a photo of our child he rudely answered - you have a phone, here is a printer, make what you want. It was Nov 15, 2025
