Visited on January 2, 2025 in the afternoon with my partner to get photocopies of some documents. Allan was extremely helpful and even took the time to show us how to select and print exactly what we needed, which was genuinely useful. Overall, a smooth and positive experience.

Super friendly service, but hats off to Komal in Print, very helpful and knowledgeable, attention to details, noticed how long I was waiting to use the picture printing station due to another person using it, he actually took the time to fix the one that was out of service to make sure I don't have wait without me asking.

Incredible service from Mohammed at the printing desk. He was so thoughtful and careful even though I only had a small job. Thanks!

The worst costumer service I’ve seen in any store anywhere. Went in to buy magnetic poster for a decal. Before I even had the chance to ask where this may be their sequrity lady in there comes up to me accusing me of stealing all because I was looking around for this magnetic poster and their staff was no where to be found for me to ask. Then the manager I’m assuming he was come to me and ask me if I’m all good I said I am if I’m allowed to shop in this store and then I was surrounded by sequrity and staff. Literally till I left the store. Accusing your customers of stealing when they arnt stealing. Is a sure way to lose buisness. And I watched this security lady do this to 3 more customers. How this place is stil in buisness is insane

Jay helped my wife and I get set up on a great mobile plan. His attention to detail was incredible, his customer service was impeccable, we will be shopping here again just because of Jay's service.
