Title: Disappointing Experience with Virgin's Protection Plan for iPhone 15 PronnI purchased an iPhone 15 Pro from Virgin along with a protection plan, believing it would provide peace of mind and a reliable solution in case of any issues. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory.nnWhen I bought the plan, I was assured that it would cover a phone replacement if problems arose. However, after experiencing overheating and an unresponsive touchscreen, I discovered that I had to go through Apple for repairs first, which contradicts the promise made at the time of purchase. This process has been frustrating and time-consuming, and I feel misled about the coverage I thought I was paying for.nnDespite several visits to Staples and multiple emails seeking assistance, I have yet to receive a response. This lack of communication is unacceptable and adds to my disappointment with both the protection plan and the service I have received.nnGiven that I opted for this plan over other options, expecting superior service, I find myself questioning the value of the plan altogether. I do not want to pay more for a service that fails to deliver on its commitments.nnI would not recommend Virgin's protection plan to anyone based on my experience. It's disappointing to see a reputable company offer a product that doesn't live up to its promises.

Truly dissatisfied with the customer service at the printing part of the store.nThe manager/supervisor who was on Oct 4, 2024 shift in the evening was explaining me WHY he cannot edit my ONE file for printout for up to 10 minutes, while in reality putting the pic into the word document would have taken him less than one minute. If the person does not have access to all printing machines, why did he start even to interact with the customer not having all proper accesses, or at least why couldn’t he inform straightaway his accesses are limited?

I had a great experience at the staples today! Two people stood out in particular- “Malika”, and another person with curly hair. Both were incredibly helpful and had such joyful, positive attitudes. They made my visit even more special with their kindness and fantastic service. I’ll definitely recommend this place, both for the wonderful people and the staples store itself.

I had an amazing experience at Staples, thanks to Amruta. She went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed, specifically the right ink for my printer. Not only was she incredibly knowledgeable about the products, but she also took the time to explain the differences between the various printers in detail. Her customer service was outstanding, and she made the whole process smooth and enjoyable for me.

I came to the store to check about wireless services in the store. Then I went to the kiosk and spoke with one of the supervisor name Ankita, Then after doing assessment of phone plan then she offered great plan with great benefits. I was really impressed as she went extra mile in order to provide best Service. I will highly recommend her as she is very professional give best customer service.
