Went in to ship a package through FedEx. They had a $5 off in-store items for shipping customers on purchases over $20. I purchased some packing popcorn and bubble wrap before taping up my package for shipment. Malika noticed this, credited the payment, and then proceeded to get me the $5 off on my purchase. She was extremely helpful, a clear expert on the in-store systems, and had my order sorted very quickly. Will definitely come back as a result!

Malika is exceptionally hard working. She helped us find an item, ship an item, and even did checkout. She was basically doing the work of 3 people at once and it was busy. What a super employee! I am extremely grateful to her for all of the effort she put into helping us and for her warm and kind attitude. She was just lovely! Thank you Malika!!!

They are helpful,I just had my digital ID taken. I also purchased a camera and sd card to go with .nLondon Drugs deny me to retake my ID digitally,Im planning to buy camera and sd card to go with but they're not helpful.. they just lost me as a client

DO NOT TRUST PRINTING SERVICES. If you NEED something and don’t have time to account for errors and orders not being made then don’t use Staples. Same day printing means nothing to them. PRINT THREE in Calgary is the most reliable. You also can’t get a refund online . You have to go in store. So I placed an online order , they didn’t make it same day or even next day. I then had to drive to the store to get a refund. Horrible waste of time for a service that is supposed to help make life more convenient. 3rd time, shame on me.

I have been waiting for 15 minutes!!! the girls at the printing zone are so slow avoiding to talk to customers that are waiting there. She did not know how to explain to me the printing process , when I was asking some questions. I needed help and she was avoiding customers doing others things, instead of asking what we needed. they need some huge training there. Each time I go at that location I keep leaving because they are too slow. Waste of time!
