I had an amazing experience at Staples, thanks to Amruta. She went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed, specifically the right ink for my printer. Not only was she incredibly knowledgeable about the products, but she also took the time to explain the differences between the various printers in detail. Her customer service was outstanding, and she made the whole process smooth and enjoyable for me.
I came to the store to check about wireless services in the store. Then I went to the kiosk and spoke with one of the supervisor name Ankita, Then after doing assessment of phone plan then she offered great plan with great benefits. I was really impressed as she went extra mile in order to provide best Service. I will highly recommend her as she is very professional give best customer service.
My husband and I bought 2 phones, 1 month apart. Very happy with Prateek's service. He is a very responsible and responsive sales consultant. He told us different options that were beneficial for us, thanks to him we were able to receive additional benefits from these purchases. He is always happy to help if you couldn’t understand something yourself or figure out some aspects of the mobile operator’s service. He helped me port and save my number when changing operators, set up the necessary apps, and explained many important nuances. I recommend contacting this guy. If we have any more purchases, we will come to him again.
Terrible service at the Amazon return desk. First they couldn’t find a bag to fit my item. Then the clerk was using a wrong scanner to scan my QR code. Then she found the “right” scanner and scanned my item. Later it turned out she didn’t scan it correctly so no one could locate the item. She her back is on the photo slapped a bar code on the item cover itself as can be seen in the photo. Turned out it was a wrong bar code. Then they told me there is no confirmation or receipt proving that they got my item. They told me to check the app for the refund. Right… after checking for many days I called Amazon and they couldn’t locate the item. It was basically lost.
I ordered a print and the staff went above and beyond to help me. AYAN specifically was incredible with his customer server. The team here consistently delivers excellent service, whether you need assistance with printing or anything else in the store. You won't be disappointed. Thank you everyone!
