Cant even keep stock on hp 936 ink cartridges and when i ask if they can order more they told me to go order online. The shelf for ink cartridges has looked the same for the last month, so must be owner/management problem. Might as well switch completely to online only if the store fronts wont stock themselves properly.
I tried to drop off a return UPS box. Clerk was unable to do it and blamed it on me said I blocked receipt. Never had a problem before- he didn’t know how and couldn’t be bothered to find out how. I was not leaving a $500+ package without a receipt. Took box to UPS store. NP
I was at store by 5 pm, yesterday i took passport photo from this location, i was told that i can access digital copy three times, i access it there in front of an associate and left the store, i went home and tried to access it again, didn’t work i tried next morning didn’t work again, i went to store and talk to a KEVIN who was a supervisor there wasn’t happy to help, and asked me to pay again instead of helping me out, I never had bad experience at this location but i am not going to this store ever again for any services.nZero starts for supervisors.nIf there is some technical issue its not a customers problem and you can’t make them pay again just because your stupid technology didn’t work.
Monsoon is the I know he's leaving but he turned around and got me to help me with my first phone and all the trials and tribulations so flirting how to run it. He has a patience of job. He's thoughtful, kind. He explains everything well. Shows me how to get there. He's really good. He's the best I've seen at it. He has patience. He will not just shows you how it gets done and I'm really happy with my phone and the service I've gotten from Staples. Thank you very much. Charles Huff hough uff is spelled yes hough. Thank you
