I had to do an enlarged print of a photo today. Robert the assistant manager and the person I was dealing with I forgot his name were amazing. They went above and beyond the call to help me get this done. So appreciate their wonderful help!

I visited Staples today to print some copies. Since I wasn’t familiar with the process, I asked for assistance. Unfortunately, no staff member showed interest in helping me, which left me feeling unsupported. This was a disappointing experience, and the store was not that busy either, yet no one offered to help us. In the end, I had to figure it out on my own, and the whole process took me more than 45 minutes. I hope the store can improve customer service in the future.

I wanted to commend one of your employees in the photo/copy centre Robin I believe. My husband and I came into the store with what felt like a dire situation. After ordering an 8x10 photo at Walmart on the 23rd of August for my mothers funeral on the 30th only to find out that their printer wasn’t working after I called wondering about the photo on the morning of the 29th, we went to your store with me in tears stressed about everything and Robin saved the day. He was kind, efficient and calmed me down right away and 10 minutes later we had my picture perfectly packed to protect against the rain. I know that it was probably a small interaction in his day but I felt it important to let you know that it was a big impact on me! Thank you!

Employees were very nice and helpful despite being close to closing time. Didn't have what I wanted but recommended what I could get or where I could go for what I needed.
