I had a disappointing experience at the Printing Centre of this Staples location. I arrived around 4:20 PM today to get an ID photo taken. There was a lady behind the counter, but she had her back turned to the front and was chatting with a male colleague who was standing farther away. Even though I was clearly waiting, she didn’t acknowledge me at all.nnThe male staff member noticed me and asked what I needed. I told him I was here for an ID photo — something that should have been handled by the lady at the counter — but she still didn’t turn around or respond. She just kept chatting with him. Only after a noticeable wait did she finally turn around and tell me they had run out of paper, and suggested I go take the photo at a nearby Shoppers.nnIt was around 40 minutes before closing, and frankly, it felt like she just didn’t want to bother taking the photo. Very unprofessional and disappointing service.

MOD last night December 19 was fabulous. He was clearly past capacity with customers and none were left unseen. I'm grateful for his help last night when I placed a wrong print order. He did his best to help me fill it and when that wasn't feasible he was still all smiles helping me and the 10 other customers. Great support and great manager. I assume he was manager but he was definitely running the floor.

Great place. Has wide range of electronic products. Office supplies are excellent. There are couple of courier services inside. Most importantly they allow you to print documents and photos.

This has got to be the worst store for customer help. They take on print machines in their stores but when you ask for help they act like it's not their job. That's if they pay attention to you at all. They stand at the photo printing station and just talk to each other but wont turn around to even awknowledge a customer. I have to find another printing store!

Unwelcoming, unkind and inconsiderate customer service at the printing center. I would have taken my business somewhere else but because of the emergency I had to face a lady who didn't had the slightest idea of customer service. Not coming back to this place for sure. I see this is not the first time people are complaining about customer service at the printing department but who cares about service excellency these days
