Fantastic bike rental spot. There were loads of bike rental spots on this street, but this one was the most decked out by far. The whole process went really smooth, from signing up and getting on our bikes took only a few minutes. We got a set of e-bikes and they all performed well with battery lasting us the entire day with hours of riding up and down Grouse Mountain and going through the Seawall. Only gripe was the helmet sizes are pretty limited if you have a funky giant globe on your shoulders.
We received excellent service from Alex and the team, having booked a private 4 hr tour, which Alex confirmed by personally emailing a response to our booking, checking on just what we were most interested in seeing. Alex was amazing, friendly courteous, informative and attentive to ensure we had the best time. We saw so much in this time but weren’t rushed, and the booked were super easy to use and very comfy, with front panniers for our loose items. Thanks Alex, we had the best time!!
We had a few hours before our flight and wanted to rent bikes near the Waterfront sky train. Spokes was busy but their amazing staff had us set up and on our way in about 7 minutes flat! We were able to bike the seawall and make our flight with time to spare… what a great experience!
We got great bicycle hire from here to cycle around the Stanley Park seawall. The bikes were well-maintained and our hire included cycle helmets, baskets if wanted and bike locks. The hire prices were reasonable and we had an absolutely brilliant time exploring. Would absolurely recommend.
Very friendly staff. Lots of bicycle options. My wife and I went on a tandem. It was lovely and romantic. My children tried the tandem but fell off, so they went with regular bikes, which was much better for them. We had a lovely bicycle ride around the park. It’s also cool to seawall. It’s about 10 km. But anyway, I’m supposed to be reviewing the bicycle shop, they were very lovely staff.
