Staples

The staff at this store are amazing. I didn't catch names, but the lady at print centre found a computer staff member and took me right to him. He understood what I was looking for and found it for me. My second question he didn't quite understand, regarding a beta recording tape, but he took the time to look it up and give me an answer. I really like this Staples store.

Was wanting to get some photos printed fromnMe and my wife’s wedding this morning, I totally expected to be out in 2 minutes as my wife has worked at staples in the past and knows what the procedure is. When she walked into this staples she went up to the print desk and asked if she could get some photos printed and the woman immediately demanded that she does this online, we where already aware we could do it online but since we where already out thought to save the time and gas and just do it in person and we did also double check to see if that was still possible and your website says it is. So my wife tells her this and she snaps back exclaiming that “well even if you do it in store we can upscale but it won’t look good” we then told her they are wedding pictures so they are professional not iPhone photos, and then she goes on to make multiple more excuses as why they can’t do it in store like the size will be off and they will turn out blurry and that it’s just easier to do it online. If this lady really didn’t want to print our photos she should’ve just said that instead of being passive aggressive and super difficult to deal with!! Extremely disappointed by this service I will never be returning here

Was there this morning to return a package through their shipping services around 11:40A. While I was waiting at the counter, customer that came after me got served by the young girl wearing glasses that was on duty, as if I did not exist. Leticia came soon and made it right for me, taking care of my package and handling my case professionally. Too many young people care not about doing good work professionally. That's why I prefer to hire people age 25+.nnKoodos to Leticia!!! That young girl should be working in the fields picking berries for a living, if she's even any good for that.

STAPLES = EPIC FAILnTried to call and could not get an answer from any department. Waited for 25 or 30 minutes and tried to call again. I tried every single department and absolutely no one picked up the phone So so far, your communication skills and automated equipment are a great big fail!nOMG what’s that noise?? It’s the phone, don’t be frightened it will stop ringing shortly. Trust me if there was an option to give zero stars, that would be my choice!
