Worst customer service ever.Bilal served us and did not give proper information regarding the plans. He told us that the i-phone 17 pro that we are buying is on 2 year plan. After two years we can keep it. I asked him that we are customers of bell from previous years and always we have to return the phone or pay the defered amount to keep the phone, but he said you don’t need to return, it will be yours after two years and also told us the assistants gave us expensive plans previously and so on .luckily, when I visited my bell account online it showed that the phone is on return policy. I don’t no why that person was lying to us and trying to make us fool. I forget it all but ,This is not enough, he also put insurance charges that are for accidental brokage from staples, that was denied by me. We came to know about it yesterday, because the money was reducted from my husband’s credit card and he did not realize in last 4 months. Today I call the customer service and they cancel the policy and we visited in store too because the customer service associate told us that the store manger will return your insurance money or give you gift card but the manger Shoeb was also did not help us and excising that he was not present there when we brought a phone and so on . The manger was not there it was not our fault. Moreover, he was communicating in shouting language and convincing us to buy anything else on discount and trying to make us fool that we can visit Saturday in morning. But why? Why we waste our precious time and gas of vehicle with these kind of silly staff in this terrible weather.nnFinally, the worst customer service that we received first time in life. Never visit again and don’t recommend to anyone.

There was an issue with the photo department at this location. When I raised the concern, the associate who took my photo was not receptive to the feedback. I then spoke with the store manager, Mohamed, who handled the situation exceptionally well. He was calm, professional, and very understanding. Mohamed truly saved the store’s reputation—five stars for his customer service.

Feb 24, 2026, purchased a number of office supplies including a box of printer paper. Got to the counter and the gentleman behind the counter required that I pick up this 50 lb box of paper from the cart, put it on the counter so that he could easily scan it. All he had to do was walk around the counter, take the scanner and scan the box without having to lift it from the cart. He was too lazy to do that. Then I had to buy a bag and bag all the items myself after they were scanned. Whatever happened to customer service?
