The staff are friendly and accommodating and the rooms have everything you need and super comfy beds!. Having both Denny's and Bar One in the lobby was very convenient for our hockey team.

Got a room for the night after a work christmas party.nRoom was spacious and neat. Very clean.nWell done! Would definitely stay there again, if I had more time to check out the amenities

I got there a bit late after flying from Ontario with both my cats. They got me and my cats checked in quickly which I was grateful for. After a long day of flying, and waiting at an airport all day because our ride was late, it was nice to be able to stop there to finally get some rest. The room was nice and clean, the bed was comfortable, too. I'd use them again.

Our room was almost completely unacceptable. It looked like the fridge had leaked onto the carpet, not to mention everything else that had been crunched into the carpet.nThe lights in the bathroom sizzled, the blow dryer didn't work and the service was OK asked for an extra blanket and was told we need to ask that before their other staff left. How would we know that?

The elevator does not work. The stair case exits to the outside instead of the main floor. It smells bad in general. We stayed with a team on a tournament. One family found a bug in their ice. Another family found dirty underwear in the sheets, plus food in the fridge and microwave. There is wallpaper and paint peeling. Mold on the walls of the workout room beside the pool. Overall filth and poor service. I would not recommend staying here.
