I stay here whenever I come to Leth bridge. This time my wife and I got our room and when we got to it we were surrounded by a teenage sports team understandably it was loud, However when I went down stairs to see if we could change floors I was very impressed with the quick response and was also upgraded to a mini suite. Always a great service and friendly staff.

Put us in a room with a bunch of flies.... Dead and alive. Then we were told we had to move to a room two doors down so maintenance could store a ladder in our current room for construction down the hall. Woulda been no problem if we weren't packed for a two week stay!

While I didn't stay at the hotel, I attempted to eat at the restaurant, Denny's. We waited for 10 minutes to be seating, even though the place was more than half empty. It took another 15 minutes to receive drinks. The waitress informed us that if we were eating, it would be at least 35 minutes before we received our breakfast. Since we were on a time crunch, we were unable to eat. When we wanted to pay, it took an additional 20 minutes to flag someone down and finally pay.

Modern, renovated, friendly, clean. And Denny's had great food too! Very happy with our stay.
