Front staff was very helpful and friendly. Provided me with a little milk for my tea in the evening.nAside from the TV being on the older side no hdmi slot, everything was top notch. The hotel itself, being on the older side, was very clean and well maintained.nThe entrance to the room from both sides Outside and inside was interesting but we liked it.nEating area was also very nice.nWould stay here again.nGary

I’m staying here for 5 days and overall, it’s been a good experience. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The AC is a bit slow to cool, but it’s not a big issue. Staff is friendly and helpful, making the stay pleasant. Would recommend.

Very nice spacious room, nicely just upgraded, clean. Bathroom however was very tiny, someone wasn’t thinking when they engineered that space, if you’re small it’s okay, I’m a bit large so it was tight, a little less room space and a couple more square feet on the bathroom would have been nice. Staff was over the top helpful!!

I saw a similar review on here to the experience I had and just wanted to share my own. I booked through Expedia however we had to cancel our trip due to unexpected illness. I was 2 hours late to requesting free cancellation which was still the day before check in time. I called the hotel and they said I had to request a refund through Expedia, which I did immediately after speaking to them. However, the hotel did not pick up Expedia's calls. I had three follow-up emails from Expedia saying they were still waiting for a response from the hotel and then 3 days later the hotel responded to Expedia and said they are still charging me the full amount as I was a no show. Both I and Expedia contacted the hotel after this but they said they did not receive any notice from Expedia before check-in so I was marked as a no-show even though we both had contacted the day before. This was extremely disappointing to me as three Expedia agents had been in contact with me saying they kept trying to get in touch with the property but Super 8 Lethbridge wasn't responding. As the other person stated, I agree they possess lack of clear communication.
