Super 8 Lethbridge

😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡I wouldn't even this place a star!!!! The manager at this hotel has no clue at what she is doing!!!! They wanted to put $50 for the damage deposit which yes I understand I will get it back on my credit card. She charged me for my two night stay but I told her that I wanted to pay debit for the nights I stay. She told me no they don't do that. We asked for extra towels they office staff told us that we can have one. I went to check out and they told me that I owe $114 for the two nights that I stayed there. I told her no I already paid for it. I pulled up my credit card tranactions and showed her that I paid. She said ok and I left. I check my credit card again and they charged me again for the two nights that I stayed there!!!! 😡😡😡 Tried to talk to the manager and she doesn't start work till 12 on Monday and it's Sunday and I live over ten hours away!!!!!! When I get my statement for what they charged it's 3 different prices! And non of them equaled to what they were supposed to charge me Can u say fraud!!! Don't use a credit card at this hotel unless you want to get screwed!!!! So unhappy with this hotel!!! Will never stay here again!!! Also anytime you wanted to go to your room your keys don't work!! They reset the cards at 10 but they don't tell you when you check in. Worst experience ever!!!!!!😡😡😡😡😡😡

Kind of grundgy, no hot breakfast, nothing for gluten free people to eat. TV didn't work in first room, second room was freezing cold(took most of the night to get warm). Swimming pool was not functioning. Would not recommend this Super 8. I have been to other Super 8 locations and they were quite nice. The one in Taber and the one in Estevan also Edmonton we're nice.

Good rooms and the staff even called to make sure we liked our room. Pretty good!

We booked the hotel on the day we stayed there due to a change in plans after to a long day of driving. When we arrived and got our room key and parked in front of our roo.. I put the key card in the door and went inside. I clicked on the lightswitch and nothing happened. I hunted for a lamp and turned it on, turns out the lightswitch does nothing. Place was clean and perfectly serviceable. We unloaded the car and relaxed for a bit. Internet was fast enough and that was appreciated We went to the hot tub, pool was not working, and sat in there for a while. Sound echos a lot in the hot tub and pool area so it can be loud with a lot of people. We went back to the room showered and got ready for bed. I went to use the toilet and the spouse said that she thinks the toilet is blocked. I tried flushing it and it almost overflowed. I checked for a plunger and there wasn't one. I put on clothes and went to the front desk. She said there should be one in the washroom. I went back and confirmed there was none. I called the front desk and let them know there is no plunger in our room. She said she will check the supply closet for one. A few minutes later we got a call back and she couldn't find one. She offered to give us another room but we were exhausted and didn't want to move everything. We asked if we could have access to another room to use the washroom and she said she could not due to the computer system. We were tired and very unimpressed and opted to use the public washroom at the other end of the hotel. We felt the customer service was not trying very hard to accommodate us and opting for the easiest path for them but not us. Good luck in your stay.

When I went to check in, they could not find my reservation. I had reserved it through Expedia and had a confirmation number. They pretty much told me I was out of luck. The only redeeming action that they did was attempt to find me another room at their sister Hotel. The reason I booked this hotel in the first place was because my colleagues were booked there. What is the point of booking a hotel if you can't stay there?
