I am pleasantly surprised! The room is large spacious and very clean. They are totally fine having my dog here. Check in was easy and friendly. Overall I’m super happy to spend my week working in Lethbridge living here :-)

Roof is leaking! Continental breakfast is horrible. Room was in good shape. COLD!

Front desk service was horrible. We found mold in the fridge and bathtub when we went to bath our 5 year old daughter. So I went and asked if they could place us in a different room (there were alot of empty rooms) and I was told to go somewhere else. I argued and eventually was placed in a better room. And the prices of there rooms are ridiculous for the type of service you recieve
