We were just in town for a gymnastics competition and stayed here. The rooms were clean, the pool was lots of fun for the kids also very clean!nFavorite part was breakfast, they even had soy milk available!! Kids loved the pancakes/waffles as usual. Personal fav was the waffle with cinnamon sugar, syrup and granola on top! I was too full but they even had cheese and hot sauce for the eggs&hashbrowns!
Nice hotel in a hotel village. Room rate was fair, staff was friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the free warm breakfast, pool, weight room, and my room. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean. It’s conveniently close to a good restaurant, a couple of gas stations and just down the road from the Exhibition grounds.
I came down to Lethbridge for a funeral. When I travel I always choose BW Plus hotels and this one sure didn't disappoint. David at the welcome desk went above & beyond to arrange an early check-in after my long drive. He also thoughtfully provided a decent map to get me to the church on time. Although the floor I was on was going through renovations in the hallways, it did not negatively impact my stay in any way. And, as always the bed was 100 percent comfortable and the included ample hot breakfast delicious! Will definitely stay here again if/when I'm down this way again.
David the front desk manager was extremely kind. He let us check in early and he also let us check out a little bit later we were visiting family in Lethbridge and I shared that we were gonna have the kids come to the pool and have fun on the slide, he was extremely accommodating. Definitely a brand ambassador!!nnAlso, Miranda was fabulous during the breakfast. She was very swift and anybody that needed anything. She was very attentive to all needs of all guests during the breakfast.
Honestly this hotel is so nice, my husband and I got a Jacuzzi room and it was so relaxing and we had so much fun, the ladies at the front desk are so funny and great, they have a coffee machine which is accessible for all which was wonderful and the breakfasts included made us feel like we were at a restaurant. Quiet hotel and a great time, we will for sure be back.
