Motel 6 Lethbridge AB

I didn't mind the room, but the customer service was not good at all. The deposit for the rooms was higher then what was said on the website. I was asked for 300.00 deposit and on the website said 200.00 and I was in line to check out and a minority lady was in front of me and her deposit was 600.00. Question? Is it up to the front desk to change the amount of deposit for each costumer who walks in by profiling them or is it Motel 6 policy to practice this? Disappointed customer and hope you change this for the future. Thank you

Front desk service was reasonably welcoming and friendly. The room was very clean and well made-up. It was a good size, and the double bed was comfy. I appreciated the semi-renovated look and feel. In-room coffee would have been nice, instead of having to get it at breakfast, but other than that I was happy with my stay. I didn't eat breakfast, just had coffee. The drive-up access to the room was very convenient.

Found a cigarette button, can of skoal, N a stock in our room. Our first room was occupied when we entered. Best thing was pet friendly, location. The front desk lady was also excellent to talk to.

Friendly, helpful staff. Clean room. Breakfast was just toast, cereal, juice and hot beverage. Nothing special. Good price, though and they have senior discounts.

Stay at this hotel frequently. Clean rooms the front desk clerks are very professional and friendly. The house keepers can use some work. After u check in you basically have to ask for service. Besides that its a inexspensive nice place to lay your head.
