Days Inn - Lethbridge

I stayed at the Days Inn Lethbridge in early December. I have been going back and forth to Lethbridge for work and have stayed in quite few cheap hotels. This one so far has been my favourite! The rooms were clean, the breakfast included eggs and bacon, and they had a water slide and hot tub! I paid less than $100 for my room and felt it was an exceptional value at that price!nnI noticed some of the other reviews saying they did not have heat in the room. Because it is technically still a motel there is an individual heater/ac unit in the wall of each room. I didn’t realize that until my second night, but was much happier with the room temperature after I had.nnIs it the nicest hotel I have stayed in? No. Because I had an inside room could I hear people when they were using the pool? Yes. But Overall I would gladly stay here again! It was a reasonable price, in a great location, with friendly helpful staff! Anyone who you see making complaints is likely trying to compare this place to hotel that’s cost more than twice as much per night!

Its older but clean and some what moderation im guessing in progress. The pool is clean and indoors an fairly large for hotels. Staff friendly and accommodating. $10 Uber to downtown so location and price is think it's great. Some fast food very close if needed. Noted no microwave in the room but didn't see one in a common area im sure is for guests to use.

Very good value $91 with all taxes after signjng up to the loyalty program. Great staff. Room was clean. It wasn't too noisy, but I think bookings were low the night I stayed. I can imagine it could be noisy if a kids sports team was staying.nnThe shower would change temperatures, but I found that if the hot and cold weren't all the way open probably 1/8 or 1/4 open- it still had great pressure and the temperature swings stopped.nnThe breakfast was okay. Sure I've had a lot better, but not a this price. The instant oatmeal and orange juice got my day started. A piece of fruit or a yogurt would have been nice, but for the money saved, I could afford to hit a nearby restaurant.nnWould I stay here again? You bet.

This was our stay. Two queen beds sleeping three people for $120. Friendly staff, nothing to wright home about for the included breakfast.nnThe Wyndam group needs to step up their game. I have stayed at a few Wyndham Days Inn's I'm Alberta in the past few years. Redwater, Sylvan Lake and now this year Lethbridge. They all have the same issue, lack of maintenance and poor cleaning guidelines. Not enough time and money is spent in these areas.nnThe Lethbridge location saddens me it has a lot going for it. Beautiful views stunning murals inside, a great place to relax around the pool and a hot tub with a view of the valley. All of which needs help. The jets in the hot tub didn't work. Redwater had the hot tub closed when we stayed there last year. The ceiling above the hot tub is patched with drywall and has not been painted in quite some time. Also, the handrail going into the hot tub was not properly secured. Over all it needs a cleaning in the main pool area dust on the fake plants. The public washroom by the pool needs attention as well.nnOur room had NO heat it was only - 10°C outside so our room was still about 15°C. Had it been colder I would have asked for a space heater. The walls were scuffed up as well as the door. The tub needed to be cleaned better. The beds had yellow stains on both of them. i'm guessing this is from too much bleach concentrated in one area. I hope it wasn't urine.nnWyndham group, please do a better job. You're letting these establishments slip through the cracks and this is really sad to see you let perfectly good locations fall appart. A budget hotel doesn't need to be a hovel.nnThank you for hiring pleasant people.

I honestly could not recommend this place more. The staff is fantastic... kind.. and they go above and beyond. The courtyard is beautiful the hotel is clean and kept up with very well. The pool was super clean and warm... the hot tub temp was perfect. Very kid friendly my child loved it so much she can't wait to come back and doesn't wanna go home haha!.nnGreat location.. comfy beds.. im very happy with our stay!
