Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Lethbridge

I’m writing this review for my Mother and elderly grandmother who stayed here the night of Jan. 27th 2025. and experienced terrible customer service from Maria. Their overall experience was very disappointing.nMy mother and grandmother travelled in from out of town for a medical appointment, the room was requested to be a king with an accessible bathroom for my wheelchair bound grandmother. The room was paid for in advance prior to their arrival by my Aunt.nUpon check in Maria demanded that a Credit Card be provided for payment, when she was told the room was paid for. she denied it was paid and argued policy was CC on file. She only admitted the room was paid for after my aunt who paid spoke with her over the phone.nFurthermore, my elderly grandmother, again who needs accessibility was put on the second floor .. what if you had an emergency last night and the elevator was shut down!?!nLeaving my grandma on the second floor!!!nThe room that was requested and paid for was not available, but your website said that you had three king accessible rooms available for last nights stay???nI hope you get fired Maria, because you don’t get to treat ppl the way you treated my family last night and get away with it.nI personally will never stay at your establishment ever, and I will tell everybody I know of the treatment my family received last night.

My son and I have been staying almost every other weekend for an entire hockey season. He got sick and we canceled less than 24 hours in advance for the first night but stated we would be there the rest of the weekend. Hotel was firm on their policy of charging us despite our loyalty. We will not be staying here again. Not accommodating at all.

I stayed here for one night and it was very clean, the staff were great. What made the experience a 5 start was the service I received after realizing I forgot my something in the room after I returned home to Ontario. I contacted the group and they were able to find my item later that day. They called me back and I was able to create a fedex label for return and they even went as far as to drop it off at a fedex depot. Michelle and team thank you for this act of kindness on your own personal time after work. You saved me a lot of time, effort, money, and stress.nI recommend staying here!

Decent hotel and location. The room bathtubs could use an update to stand-up showers but everything else was suitable.

My stay here was great. Lots of room for parking on a sold out night. Front desk staff was amazing, friendly and very accommodating to what I wanted and needed. The efforts were much appreciated. My room was clean and well put together and quiet for the most part. Only noise I heard was the train horn and engine retarder brakes from the semi trucks on the nearby highway, but what can you do. Thanks for a great stay, I will return here next time I’m in Lethbridge.
