Friendly staff,  bright atmosphere. Clean,  well maintained. Comfy beds with lots of pillows. Quiet building, nice spa/fitness area.  Close to shopping centers and restaurants. 

Only "complaint" is that I wish there was more than one entrance/exit to the parking lot (or maybe one was just covered with snow?)

Great place to stay. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean. Beds are comfortable. Only complaint is that there are no towel racks in bathroom. No place to hang used  towels other than the shower rod. Little tough when more than one person in the room.

Got a great room... front desk staff were friendly and helpful... overall it was really nice for a small looking hotel would definitely come back
